I'm not going to post any data about what is considered to be upper-class vs others. I wonder where you think you fall in these terms.

Politics aside, Obama's plan tells me I fall into a VERY different category than my checkbook does.

Well, I must be low class because I went to Wal*Mart with a stain on my shirt yesterday. :scared1:

Off topic: OP is that a Bernese in your signature? I have a Greater Swiss. Great Dogs!

Yes, that is my puppy Zoey. She is 5 months old. We had a Berner we lost in March, my absolute FAVORITE dog...ever.

I had a friend that had two Swissies. They were big dopey sweeties! She just loved them to death, they are REALLY REALLY BIG DOGS!!

She is a cutie and at 5 months is probably getting pretty big. Enjoy those puppy kisses.

Now, proceed with the regular sheduled thread. . . (in which I did vote. We're just regular middle class)

The father of my dog's litter was Bernese. My brother kept one of the male pups. He is the sweetest, most loyal, dopiest dog. And HUGE! He's earned himself the nickname "stupid". Everybody thinks we're mean, but it really is an endearment. As a puppy he just didn't learn from his silly mistakes. I can't tell you how many times he ran into the screen doors, we had put stickies on the slider, finally had to weave yarn through the screen.:rotfl: We all lve him to death. Golden Retriever and Bernese turned out to be an awesome mix!

Actually, I am none of the above.

I am working class.

Then why are you posting here instead of working?

Socialist.

I never said I was a diligent worker.......;)

If you don't mind, I'd like to borrow that phrase.....and spread it around bit......without attribution of course...... let's just share.....

hehehe

The comedy of the collective.

The comedy of the collective.

Yes, a comedy of errors as it were...... ;)

This reminds me of a joke

A man dies and it is judgement day. "I am afraid you have not made it to heaven. But you can, as a special favour, have a choice of hells".
"What do you mean, a choice of hells?" "You can go to the capitalist hell or the communist hell".
"Ok, fair enough, but what's the difference between them?" "Well, the capitalist hell has fire and brimstone and torture." "And the communist hell?" "That has brimstone and torture and fire".
"I don't understand. They sound exactly the same. Which should I pick?"
"If I were you I'd choose the communist hell."
"Why should I do that?"
"Well, you know what these socialist places are like. Sometimes there's no fire, sometimes there's no brimstone, sometimes there's no torture........."

Ah, good times. good times.

I'd say Middle Class, toward lower middle class, but probably not there.

I feel middle-middle class, but according to another link posted here a few weeks ago I was lower middle class.

I know that when I google the average household income for Americans, our household income is slightly above it. I'm smack dab in the middle of the rest of America.

I really don't have a clue. I guess I'd need to see the link that someone mentioned was posted here earlier.

Could you post that link? I'm curious to know which class I fall into?

I was looking for a quiz or something online to figure it out, but can't find one.

How do you figure it out?

Actually, both those breeds are very smart! My girl is pretty smart, she has figured out already that she is tall enough to reach our counter tops and get whatever she wants. Now am I smart enough to "unlearn" her?

Actually, I am none of the above.

Actually, I forgot working class. But I'm not sure where that falls anyway..I mean, aren't they ALL working classes? All classes have workers, and non workers.. I mean, I don't consider my family "working class", but we certainly DO work!:confused3
