What characters need more presence in the parks?

Nothing from the Emperor's New Groove? Who wouldn't want a M&G with Kuzco, Yzma, and Kronk? Highly underrated movie that deserves something at WDW.

YES! Our family loves Emperor's New Groove, and we would love to see something/anything to represent it in the parks.

I WOULD LOVE LOVE LOVE A DIPPER AND MABEL MEET. Gravity Falls is so great ad they should definitely be around more!

For real! It'd be super cool if they built a Mystery Shack meet and greet area (or better yet, an attraction!) in DHS. Dipper and Mabel would make for perfect face characters, too.

As for Kingdom Hearts, the non-Disney characters are owned by Square-Enix and Disney would have to pay rights to use them in the park.. something they probably don't want to do.

Actually, that's not correct. Disney owns the rights to all Kingdom Hearts characters not from Final Fantasy (or the characters from Touchstone and Tarzan). In fact, if you look at the copyright before the first game, you can see the game is owned by Disney.

Kingdom Hearts is a Disney game, only it's made by Square Enix instead of Disney Interactive.

I think Wall-E and Eva and Darwing Duck and Lauch Pad McQuack would be great to have in the parks. Would love to see them. Also, I might be a bit biased, but I'd love to see Eeyore more, too.

was there ever Brer Rabbit and friends characters? I agree with Pinocchio, Bambi, etc. maybe I've missed this if it DOES exist but jus think it would be neat to have an 'old west' shoot out street entertainment of Apple dumpling gang, Davy Crockett talking about alamo and what not, guy with old yeller, characters from bed knobs and broomsticks. I WANT SOME OLD DISNEY DANG IT! Need a way to tie in? Make a theatre space showing shortened versions of the movie as a sneak peek to get kids interested.

Oh and tron!!!!! I'm sorry but we need some tron somewhere. The color scheme a test track just isn't enough!

Even just a statue somewhere of Wall-E and Eve - my daughter would totally take a photo with that. She's all about photos with statues and stuff. It's weird that you can't find them anywhere in any capacity.

My girl Pocahontas! I'm so into the movie now- much more so than when I was young. My "Disney Trifecta" is Beauty & the Beast, The Lion King, and Aladdin. But Pocahontas is recently vying for a spot. It's so beautiful - the story the animation the music. But it is largely represented in Fantasmic so I love that.

Also I live for Chernabog lol. I would love for him to be built into the Fantasmic mountain-wings and all. That might scare kids but I'd love it.

I have my desktop Wall-E robot but one rolling around Epcot would be adorable.

Hercules and Megara for sure.

More muppets.

And Scar and Jafar. I'm into Villains.

Enchanted.

Hunchback of Notre Dame.

More Sorcerer Mickey and Brooms- maybe a water ride.

What I don't want to see more of is probably a shorter list lol.

Unfortunately Disney finally made an animated movie about a real person but the history was pure fiction. I love the music in Pocahontas but that is NOT the story of the real person!

I just watched that movie yesterday with my boys and all I could think of was: how cool would it be to have a Grandmother Willow somewhere at Disney? Probably Animal Kingdom.

As a huge Studio Ghibli fan, I desperately wish the Japan pavilion at Epcot had an attraction or character greetings from some of the movies. I would love to see a Totoro meet and greet!!

Yes! I would die! As a kid when my mom had to work night shifts at the hospital, my dad would go to the local video store and rent s kids movie for us to watch. He knew I liked cats so brought me to toro. It immediately became a fave and he rented it many times. This summer I took my parents to their first disney trip and outside the Japan pavilion dad says "I wonder if old totoro is here?" And I said I doubted it because he wasn't disney (I didn't know). While I was doing pick a pearl dad came up to me with a little stuffed totoro he'd bought for me and said "I told you he'd be here,"

See I still wonder why Disney as a park ignores the smash hit that Kingdom Hearts was. You could easily do Sora, Riku, Kairi, and donald and Goofy in their KH get ups. I know there would be concern for those who have no idea what it is but put it somewhere off the beaten path. I think that would be amazing.

And Hunchback. I want to hug Quasimodo.

I would venture to bet it has something to do with teh rights to the characters/game...are Sora/Riku/Kairi solely owned by Disney? I would think Square Enix has some kind of rights to those characters..
