what disney transport bus would i take from the ticket and transportation center to get to the dolphin resort.

None. The resort buses don't run from the TTC. You can catch the bus to the Swan/Dolphin at any park. So....just head over to MK, across the lake from the MK and hop on the bus there. You can either take the big ferry or the express monorail from TTC to MK.

Or, you can take the bus from the TTC to DHS. From there either take the boat or walk to the Swan/Dolphin.

Also a possibility. But, once you get to the Studios, you will have a 20 min boat ride, after a possible 15 mins wait for the boat to get there. Or, a 20 min walk to the S/D. It's a nice, pleasant, easy walk but 20 mins is still 20 mins when you're walking. Granted, it is one of my favorite walks in WDW.

I also enjoy the walk from DHS to the Epcot resort area. By the time you figure transit time to the MK and then waiting for your bus, you may not come up much ahead of this option time wise....

Of course, you could also take the monorail to Epcot, and then assuming you have a park hopper/AP, you could walk to WS and either take the boat or walk around the lake to the Swan/Dolphin.

I guess the moral is there is no real convenient way to accomplish this...
