I have Crocs for my three boys but my girls insist on flip flops. I bought a pair of Reefs for my 12yo DD and I was looking at Teva sandales for my 9yo DD....Any other brands that you guys would suggest? She likes the Teva but doesn't love them and I can't think of any other brand that has some support. They don't want Crocs or Keene. I don't want to buy shoes that they will only wear for Disney, I feel like that's a waste of money. TIA!

I only wear orthaheels and alegria all year round including WDW. I had full ankle/heel reconstruction a few years ago and they are the only 2 brand of shoes which don't hurt that foot. They are expensive, but hold up wonderfully. I've yet to go through a pair and most are 3 years old.

Looks like a late September trips when it will still be hot. My DS wears and loves his Teva sandals. Does not really care about style, but loves the comfort. I have a pair of Eccos that are heaven as well. They are expensive and not a "cute" shoe but I love them. Our little guy will only wear tennis shoes....yep in the heat and summer....but he never complains. If it is a rainy day we do crocs. I suggest at least two pairs of shoes and switch off and have some type of shoes that is good in rain or on water rides. My DN got terrible blisters when we was little from his tennis shoes getting wet.

I wear Reef flip flops (ones with a thin leather strap) and love them. So do my kids. We wore them on all 12 days of our trip this past summer, and have worn them all summer since.

I wore teva mush sandals everyday for our last 2 10-day trips, my feet felt fine so I would definitely recommend those. I plan on wearing them again for our trip next month!

I have a pair of Teva sandals and a pair of Teva Mush flip flops that I love.

I will be bringing my gym shoes (which are Asics, i have no idea how to spell that) My keens and my Chacos (both which are sandals)

Tevas are really nice. I have a pair of Teva flip flops, the only flip flops i can wear. And DBF has Teva hiking/camping sandals and he loves them!

I've always loved my Keen sandals but the last rime I wore them to Disney they rubbed in a lot of places so this year I took them, my New Balance flip flops and my Mike Free Runs. Except for rainy times I wore my Nikes and that is what I'll continue to wear for future trips. I do think its good to take 2 or 3 different pairs of shoes if you can, switching off as your feet need a break.

Merrell sandals. I swear by them! Had them for the past two trips. No sore feet. No blisters. And most important for me, no squishy feet after water rides!

Skechers Go Walk sneakers...most comfortable shoes I have ever owned!

Winner #1.

I agree! I haven't worn them to Disney yet, but they felt great when I wore them all day at an amusement park here at home.

Winner #2.

I have Skechers "On the Go" Rookie. Very similar to the Go Walk. Basically they are walking shoes that are super light and have incredibly soft soles. I haven't had them for long but they're like walking on a cloud. I get the sense that the soles will wear out somewhat fast due to how soft the material is (it's like a dense sponge it's so soft and wonderful), but I already know my endurance at WDW is going to be so much better with these. Even just standing in place my feet feel better.

Check out the reviews on Amazon.com for any of the Skechers walking shoes - there are MANY different models, most of which have glowing reviews, so if you're interested, shop around for a model that fits what you're looking for - mens and womens both!

Another vote for Teva Mush flip flops. Our whole family wears them in the parks.

These! I am a dog walker so I'm out walking all day every day and never have sore feet or blisters. Skechers Outdoor Lifestyle sandals and flip-flops are fantastic too. Great arch support and very comfy. Remind me of Tevas but cheaper and cuter.

We leave on Friday and I'm taking the following shoes:

Crocs Rx Ultimate Cloud
Teva Mush flip flops
New Balance 6021 flip flops
Fit Flops

I plan to rotate between the 4. If money is no object the Fit Flops are really cute but they are crazy expensive and I know I wouldn't buy them for kids with growing feet but you may feel differently.

Does anyone have a suggestion for really comfortable supportive women's shoes (not sandals or sneakers) that come in wide sizes and are really cute and girly? I adore mary janes and ankle straps, and you'd think it'd be pretty easy to find nice looking ones that were comfortable in white or off-white, but at this point I feel as though I might as well look for unicorns.

Thank you so much! I checked them out, though, but it didn't look like they had any white/off-white ones.
