What brand shoes to you wear to the parks?

I do Bernie Mevs (alternating a couple of pairs). I've now worn them for a week at WDW, and 5 days at DL, and my feet aren't even tired at the end of the day (which is saying a lot because at DL we were in the parks from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. without a break one day, and returned the next day and did a 12 or 13 hour day).

I swear by Orthaheels! They are the best shoes ever, particularly the sandals (Orthaheel Tide flip flops are my favorites).

I'm not kidding when I say they changed my life!

I wear flip flops that I bought years ago at KMart. We usually stay for 8 days so I wear them all 8 days. Call me a rebel:lmao: Whatever you decide to wear, make sure they are broken in.

I'm going to give Toms a try for the first time this upcoming vacation (2 more days!!!). I've never worn them to the parks but I did use them for my job in retail where we not only would have to be on our feet all day, but be constantly walking around in circles when not talking to customers. My feet would be a little sore after longer shifts, but I've done several 8 hour shifts 6 or 7 days in a row without them feeling very sore at all. Great for wide feet and if your girls care about looking fashionable!

If their feet get hot easily I'd recommend the crochet pattern, also they'll dry faster after the water rides! (Or super lightweight to stuff in a bag quickly) http://www.toms.com/womens/features/crochets/c

I have Crocs for my three boys but my girls insist on flip flops. I bought a pair of Reefs for my 12yo DD and I was looking at Teva sandales for my 9yo DD....Any other brands that you guys would suggest? She likes the Teva but doesn't love them and I can't think of any other brand that has some support. They don't want Crocs or Keene. I don't want to buy shoes that they will only wear for Disney, I feel like that's a waste of money. TIA!

OP, looks like you're looking for recommendations for kids' shoes, huh? Just wanted to suggest that you change the title of your post to specifically ask about kids' shoe recommendations. Most of the answers you've gotten seem to be for adult women's shoes - great recommendations, but not necessarily translatable to kids' shoes.

I did a quick Google search for "Skechers Go Walks for Kids". They do seem to have a kids' version that's pretty cute - maybe your daughters would like those. They're really comfy shoes.

Toms! I have a super worn in pair that are awesome! They dry pretty fast and don't make my feet hurt. Wore them to six flags and universal the past 2 years, no problems!

Our last Disney trip I made the HUGE mistake of bringing some fancy hard leather sole sandals. I was literally limping at the end of the day, and made my husband drive me to the mall to old navy- those 2.50 flip flops saved our trip haha!

I wore Tom's one day in the park last year and had a terrible experience! It poured rain and soaked the shoes and since it drizzled a lot of the day, they never dried. Super uncomfortable and FREEZING!!

I love chacos for summer park touring. They are very supportive for my feet, dry fast, and can be put in the washing machine with no ill-effects when they start to smell unpleasant. The kins with two thin straps are quite feminine looking as well.

Does anyone have a suggestion for really comfortable supportive women's shoes (not sandals or sneakers) that come in wide sizes and are really cute and girly? I adore mary janes and ankle straps, and you'd think it'd be pretty easy to find nice looking ones that were comfortable in white or off-white, but at this point I feel as though I might as well look for unicorns.

When it is colder and I absolutely can't bear to wear my Teva Mush flip flops I wear my Dansko clogs. They come in many styles and fun designs:)

I checked out their website- AAAAAAH! Their mary janes are so cute! Why why why WHY do none of them come in white/cream?!

I may get a pair in brown or reddish though, just to have an extra set of brown shoes. Are they super comfortable? I have really high arches and tend to supinate and put a lot of pressure on my heels.

For me, Teva Mush flip flops. I have 3 pairs and wouldn't think of wearing anything else in the parks.

My sons wear Crocs in the parks, but they're also bringing cheapo flip flops from Target and UA slides.

My DD is 8 and we alternate between croc flip flops and havianas (they have Disney flip flops up to a youth size 4 -- so sad DD sized out of them). I also take a pair of sneakers for her.

For me, I will wear havianas and yellow box flip flops and DH wear reef flip flops. DH also takes sneakers.

My kids will be wearing their sketchers to the parks.
