What are your 10 worst restaurants at WDW?

No doubt. The real test is which ones are mentioned multiple times.

I would argue that the infinite combination of variables as well as the complete subjectiveness of the question would render the results meaningless and thus there is no real test. But still fun if for nothing more than entertainment purposes.

We also have had pretty good experiences so I can't come up with 10 but most of our family's worst are counter service:

Cosmic Ray's - Hate having to stand in all those different lines based on who wants to eat what!

El Pirate y El Perico - I think we might like it (if it was ever open):rotfl:

Toy Story Pizza Planet - Just don't think Disney counter service does pizza well.

Ohana - I know lots of people love it but it is just too much meat for me...and I live in the Midwest where meat is king! :thumbsup2

Lot's of great places to eat though...I think my favorites would be many more than my dislikes.

I agree with some of the posters (ex: H&V), but will agree to give those places a 2nd chance because it wasn't horrible.

The only place I have eaten and will NEVER return to is.... Sci-Fi. Food poisoning just about does it for me. Those continuous trips to the bathroom having to backtrack to find one in time when you are trying to find the exit will haunt me forever. TMI? Sorry.

Am I the only one that kinda likes the ABC Commmisary?!?! :confused3 I mean don't get me wrong, it is definately not may favortie place, but is it that horrible? I have had the Cuban sandwich and it was pretty tasty. It works for us if we don't have an ADR and want to grab a quick bite and not wanting pizza. :goodvibes

No you are not alone. DH and I  the Cuban sandwich at ABC. In fact it is a must on every trip. I don't quite understand why this place rates so bad but different strokes for different folks.

the worst food we had at WDW (and according to DH this year ANYWHERE), was the Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station.

Both our entrees were soggy and salted to death! Kids food was fine, but how do you screw up chicken Nuggets?

Garden Grill
Chef Mickeys Dinner
50's Prime Time

Not owned by Disney but:

Rainforest Cafe at AK

Alfredo's...tried it 3x and it was consistently terrible
Sci Fi ..... went once for lunch and we all felt sick afterward
Coral Reef for lunch..lobster salad was disgusting and lobster soup was blah
Tony's.. that is bad Italian but I use to love when they served breakfast
ESPN..skip the hot dogs there, very thick and gross
Fultons had lobster boil there and it was cooked with garlic or something awful. I just wanted a plain lobster. No warning about the seasoning.
Rainforest just nothing was really good there
Hoop de doo didn't like the food at all, heartburn city and I love ribs at other places
Whispering Canyon. see Hoop de doo and finally ...drum roll please......
Big River Brewery on the Boardwalk.. went once awhile ago son got a frozen peanut and jelly sandwich.....yeah frozen! The rest of the food was blah

( I really love a lot of the food at Disney. I should post my favs:)

Not in any particular order:

(I don't have 10)

Rainforest Cafe - either location
Pecos Bill
Hollywood & Vine
Whispering Canyon Cafe
San Angel Inn (or anything labeled as Mexican on Disney Porperty)
Pepper Market

My Most Favorites are:
Le Cellier
Tusker House Character Breakfast
Toy Story Pizza Planet
Grand Floridian Cafe
Coral Reef is not a favorite, but somewhat enjoyable

Do people just like to complain?

:confused3

Maybe you are just reading too much into people responding to the OP. I simply ansered the question, nowhere did I complain. Most others that responded are not complaining either. Is your question a complaint about the responses? :upsidedow

In no particular order:

Boma
Spoodles
Mama Melrose
Pizza Planet- I really wish they'd make it more like Toy Story's Pizza Planet.
Any of those McDonald's restaurants- I didn't travel 3,000 miles to eat at Mickey D's.

10 worst may be more than I can handle but~
Sci~Fi (was not impressed w the food at all, should have left after looking at the menu):confused3

ABC Commissary~ Burger was barely warm (as were fries) dry, eh. Would have enjoyed Wendys more :sad2:

Flame Tree BBQ (icky dry corn muffin, barely warm ribs, seating area too complicated and maze-like):confused3

And my real heartbreaker (absolute worst) Ohana :guilty: We were being rushed, even though we asked for a slow paced meal (Salad, chips, wings, and shrimp all at once, with potatoes and veg less than 10 min behind) not to mention the dry tasteless meats. This was supposed to be the most special dinner of the trip, and I well up with tears every time I think about it  :sad1:

Other than that, I usually enjoy the foods at WDW. Maybe Ive just been lucky, or have low standards

My ten worse in no particular order would be Tonys Town Square, Tonys Town Square, Tonys Town Square, Tonys Town Square, Tonys Town Square, Tonys Town Square, Tonys Town Square, Tonys Town Square, Tonys Town Square, and Tonys Town Square.:scared:

Prime time
Cape may
Rain forest in DTD

Food has to be real bad for me not to like it. I go into places with amind set that it is Disney not a 5 star resturant so usually I can handle it but these three places I couldn't even give a little leeway :scared1:

I'm not sure I have 10, but the ones I think of are definitely in my "never go again" category:

Big River Grill - too dark, too loud, food mediocre at best
Wolfgang Puck Express - don't know how they can mess up pizza (nearly uncooked crust) and pasta (so overcooked it was just a pasty mush), but they did
Toy Story Pizza - just blah pizza
Rainforest Cafe - *way* too loud, too expensive for the food that you get, atmosphere that is definitely not worth the high price for the barely okay food
Planet Hollywood - see my complaints about Rainforest Cafe

Maybe my expectations are low but I can't think of any bad experiences. I will say that after 8 days at the Pop, the food gets stale but that is the case anywhere we stay.
