I just made a cheeseburger with tomato, onions and Jamaican Jerk. Had to cut the Jamaican Jerk with olive oil. Used full strength it will set your hair on fire.

Ran into Jamaican Jerk Chicken in the FL Keys. I was hooked. Kinda like cajun.

Bought the Jamaican Jerk (tons of spices) in St. Augustine, in a spice shop on St. Georges street.

My son works with a fellow from Jamaica----He said he will get me the real stuff. Can't wait ! ! ! !
