what are the chances of arriviving at rpr on 3/23 and our room being ready before 4pm check in. just wondering

Probably depends on your date, and obviously occupancy.

Our room was ready at 10:00 A.M. our date of arrival. We checked right in/ got settled and hit the parks.

Tuff call, luck of the draw.
Broward schools are out March 17th thru the 25th. Orlando schools are out March 25th thru April 1st.
I wouldn't count on the room being ready. If it is, great, if not, you keep calling a number until it is. We visited the HRH last year in the middle of June and our room wasn't ready until 3pm. We walked around taking pictures.
