Buffalo chicken sliders, homemade mac and cheese and seasoned potato wedges tonight.
Hope you both feel better!I have been out of commission with the flu since Monday.
At least DH wasn’t sick….yet so was able to cook all the food I had pulled out of freezer for week. Thank god for Tamiflu but it does make me a little nauseous. I never lost my appetite although I kinda wish I had. I could lose a few pounds.
DH is now sick so I’ll just throw some chicken thighs in air fryer and make a frozen veggie and call it a night. I really want to try to go into work tomorrow even if it’s just a half day, but I am still just so tired… we’ll see what happens.

Sorry to hear the flu is hitting your house, @ddluvsdisney, but your comment made me think of an old cartoon: "I'm just 2 flus away from my ideal weight!"I have been out of commission with the flu since Monday.

(hands guilty verdict)Couldn’t quite get away from red meat tonight - the special for the night was too appealing. Rack of lamb with sautéed broccolini.
We’ve become popular this weekend - added on dinner plans for Saturday night too this weekend![]()
I'm glad you found a winner. I was hoping you'd eventually find one that you recommend. I'm all about low calorie, easy recipes. It's too bad that most of the recipes, so far, aren't worth the effort.I made One Pot Chicken Orzo Caprese from the Skinnytaste High Protein cookbook yesterday. It was much easier than the other recipes I've tried and very tasty. We had the leftovers tonight.
