Need to find a way to pass the time on waiting: Waitin on Disney ROFR. BCV Feb UY, 250 pts, with 250 banked. $83pp. Offerred the seller's asking price. In your opinions, what are my chances this will pass?

You can check the ROFR thread but your best advice will come from your Broker. They deal with ROFR every day and will have the best information.

That's going to be close! I had a 150 pt BCV resale ROFR'ed in Decemebr at 82 pp with 46 banked points. Currently waiting on a BCV contract with all prev year banked points at 85 pp. Should know any day on that one. Hope both our contracts go through!

The resale people can likely give you a better feel but I too suspect it will be very close. Let us know what happens.

Thanks All. Good luck to you Okie. Dean, I know it will be close, too. TTS felt it had a good chance, but according to the ROFR list, it is at the lower end. I couldnt see offerring more than the asking price, though. Plus this is my first go at it.

No real loss if they take it ROFR, you can always try again. I've seen them take one ROFR one week and let another better one/lower priced contract go through the next week.

A lot depends on how their inventory of FEB BCV points are and if they have anyone waiting for them.
