What ADR's are hard to get...

I just booked my ADRs this morning for our 9/27-10/3 trip and the only one I had problems getting was for Tea at the Garden View. I even booked two character dinners with no problem.

I too have had trouble booking the Tea for our upcoming  trip (arriving 7/29). But I called today and though there still wasn't any availability for a party of four, the reservations guy said we could do two tables of 2. That works fine for us, our kids are 15 and 20...from your signature it looks like you have one little one so maybe that wouldn't work as well, but it might be worth it to try to split up the party.

The Fantastmic Dinner package. You have to eat really early, like 4:30 p.m. usually, even if you call in advance. I don't like eating that early! I have never been able to get a late ADR dinner at MGM restaurants.

We have never had trouble getting any other ADRs for 2 people.

We are a party of six going in the beginning of Sept. I barely lucked out with ours. The only one I couldget get was LeCellier. I agree, the bigger the party, the harder it is.

If you can get an ADR for a restaurant you like, book it, no matter what the time! Then keep calling every day until you leave, and a more appealing time slot should open up. I am not sure if this is people canceling or if Disney "releases" a certain amount of ADRs each week/ month. I am not really sure how it works, just be persistent, and you should be able to get what you want. Good luck :)

It does depend on your party size. While we had no problem getting ADRs for our October trip for a party of 2, the second week of our trip we are a party of 6. I pretty much got the only table available for our party size for LeCell when I called months ago and it's still late for us (7:20). I have to call and make some more ADRs as things have changed and now we have to add a couple of more for a party of 6 and I don't look forward to that. Juggleing trips can get crazy, esp with ADRs, I just booked my Feb trip and already I need to think about ADRs for that one too! (luckily it's only 2 of us--so shouldn't be too bad). Good luck and make those ADRs. BTW, we have 4 ADRs for LeCellier and so glad I made them months ago--and YES, we plan to use all 4 of them. (we also have 2 for konas and 2 for concourse)

Is Le Cellier a good choice with small kids?

We took our then 2 & 3 year olds last year, and it was fine. The restaurant seemed a little noisy to me anyway. Of course, my kids are fairly used to going to a sit down restaurant a couple times a month, so we didn't have any problems with a TS when we went.
