What AAA rate did you get for January

I have an AP, but missed my 60 day window for BRP, so now I'm considering purchasing a AAA membership to get a discount on the room, but I'm trying to see if it would be worth it. I'm currenlty booked at POP for 1/1/06 to 1/7/06.

We are staying at POP from 1/12 through 1/16 on a AAA rate of $64 per night for a standard room. We also have APs but missed the 60 day deadline.

I checked your dates through the aaa web site. Currently, it's showing only rack rates for POP. But it is showing discounted rates for AS sports and AS music of $63.20 for standard and $72.80 for preferred (these are before tax).

I think WDW may have availability at AAA rates that the AAA website does not show, so this should give you an idea of the room rates for POP for this time period. Your $89 rate appears to be for a preferred, since that is the rack rate for preferred. So you'd end up saving, with AAA, about $18 a night after tax.

We made ressies yesterday and ALL STARS were not available for AAA rate. However we did get a rrom at POP for 70.20 per night with taxes reg room.
