Just a turkey sandwich… using some of the leftover bread from Disney…
I think they look delicious! I LOVE turkey burgers and turkey meatloaf. I prefer it to ground beef. (I’m the only one in my family with that preference, so we do t typically have it.)Hey guys-I finally made the Healthy Turkey Meatloaf. It's been too hot to cook, but I made it earlier today. I actually made two. The recipe called for 1/2 lb. of ground turkey but I could only find 1 lb. packages, so I doubled the rest of the recipe. I also omitted the lemon pepper because I only had Italian style bread crumbs.

I just realized they look like a couple of cow pies, but it tasted pretty good.
I keep mine mostly ground turkey but I add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire. I have tried breadcrumbs and it’s a little meatloaf like to me. I have also tried diced onions and peppers but found they didn’t cook enough. How do you make the turkey burgers?
Sorry to hear about the wake.
Yum! Love all of those ingredients in turkey burgers. I sauté the onions up before putting them in the mixture. I will also sometimes add feta or some kind of shredded cheese.I keep mine mostly ground turkey but I add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire. Do they hold together on the grill or do you fry them?Yum! Love all of those ingredients in turkey burgers. I sauté the onions up before putting them in the mixture. I will also sometimes add feta or some kind of shredded cheese.![]()
I add a touch of breadcrumbs and an egg. Form the patties, then refrigerate them for 1/2 hour or so. Grill or cast iron.Do they hold together on the grill or do you fry them?
90% of the time I grill them on a gas Webber grill. In the winter I put them in a pan on the stove. I have never had an issue with falling apart but I make them a few hours in advance and let them chill. I find they hold up better when I chill them.Do they hold together on the grill or do you fry them?

Thanks for the instructions. We made them once, but were afraid they wouldn't hold together on the grill. DH ended up frying them. It's good to know what to try in order to be able to grill them.90% of the time I grill them on a gas Webber grill. In the winter I put them in a pan on the stove.
