We used Barilla Red Lentil Spaghetti noodles. The consistency was tougher than regular noodles. It was like they weren't cooked long enough, but we followed the directions. I don't know, if cooking them longer would have changed the consistency. The taste of the dish as a whole was the same as usual. I didn't try them without the sauce, but DH said he couldn't tell much of a difference. We won't hesitate to use them again.I’d love to hear what you think.
