Tonight was fresh grilled mahi mahi with taro risotto with spinach & parm.

I made Shepards pie and I made soda bread for the first time ever. It’s really good! So much better than store bought, and super easy to make.

Sure! This is the recipe I used, and it turned out great. It’s a basic recipe- no raisins or caraway seeds. I added in 2 TBS sugar though, because I like it slightly sweet. I didn’t have buttermilk, so I made some. I added 1 TBS plus 2 and a quarter teaspoons of white vinegar (you can also use fresh lemon juice) to 1 and 3/4 cups milk, mixed and let sit for 5 minutes to make sour/buttermilk. Be sure to combine dry ingredients well-sift or whisk together thoroughly before adding buttermilk

We'll be on the move again tomorrow, so tonight is empty the fridge night. We have lobster bisque, sandwich fixings, rolled meats & cheese apps. grapes, blackberries & leftovers from last night to choose from.
