That’s not too far from Jekyll Island where I stayed at to reduce the impacts of my post-Disney blues! If you’re not looking for a fancy hotel and just need a place to crash, might I suggest the Holiday Inn Express? It’s north of downtown Brunswick. Lots of options for dining if you’re up for it, both chains and local stuff. You’ll get free breakfast, too!
I'd look at hotels near I-95 with either Hilton or Marriott affiliations. The budget end of those brands probably will include a free breakfast. Just take a look at the actual location of the hotel and try to pick one that's not right on the highway/off-ramp for lower noise levels.
If you're willing to go just a bit farther there's a great selection at Kingsland GA, exit 3. My DS is stationed there, so we stay frequently. My favorite value hotel is the baymont (insider tip, ask for the back for a quiet room). Or the country inn and suites is excellent. It has an indoor pool and nicer breakfast.
