We are wanting to check out Wet n' Wild just before Thansgiving after going on our Disney Cruise....we know BB and TL are great, but one of them will be closed for refurbishment, right? Anyone know which one? :confused3
I 'd love to hear any and everything about Wet n' Wild as an alternative!

Our kids are 8 and 5 and wild at that!
Thanks, DIS NURSE from Oregon

I have not been to BB or TL but have been to W&W many times and it is FUN! My only concern would be the weather in Nov. as it could be pretty cool, but I guess that depends all in where you are from. W&W is defintely worth the $$ and is a great day of fun. Not to mention there are many great restaurants within walking distance so if you want to leave for lunch and opt out of the burger stand food you can. Do not miss the Kamikazee, Corkscrew, and all the other fabulous rides!

The cold may help keep crowds away and if its sunny it will still probably be nice enough. I wouldn't buy tickets ahead of time so you can see how the weather is. If your trip will be during the week and you think you'll return within a year, they have a $45 weekday only annual pass you might be interested in. We went on a warm day in early Dec and it was almost empty. My kids had on TYR thermal swimsuits but I don't think they were necessary (but are nice to have, we used them on the Disney cruise too). Saw one child in a lightweight wetsuit which I thought might be a good idea if you happen to have one and go when its cold. My 4 & 6 year old boys like their TYR suits, can find them at swimoutlet.com.
