West Coast is the best coast… for G+!

The DLR in general works better because the volume of attractions. DL I feel has more rides than all 4 WDW parks combined, plus you also have DCA which helps alleviate G+ for park hopping. I still think I like the separation of WDW as each park's theming makes it more of an experience. G+ does work better in DLR because many locals are not wanting to spend $30+ on it, so majority are tourists. WDW is mostly tourists and the limited rides in each park cannot work the same way with G+

I do wish they'd go back to allowing us to book an attraction more than once per day (like MaxPass) and eliminate ILL.
This 💯- I loved the ability to deride with ma pass!

I wonder if that would potentially alleviate some of the issues with G+ as well. It seems like most people act like you have to ride -*everything* to get value out of it, when many would be happy to have a few re rides. I know my nephew would happily ride autopia all day long … not many people are clamouring for that LL!

I think Disney wants to force people to ride less popular rides with Genie+ so I doubt they'll go back. My point is that there might be someone who wants to ride Incredicoaster 5 times with Genie+ and nothing else. I may want to ride Big Thunder 5 times and nothing else.

Why not let us? Maybe one day!

Couldn't agree more. We used to love getting multiple FP's to reride Big Thunder over and over again. Now we try to jump on as close to rope drop as possible and get a couple of rides in with hardly any waits and then get a G+ reservation for a later ride.

Pretty sure it's because the amount of ppl who would want to ride SM or Guardians or any E-ticket would make LLs for those rides sell out a lot quicker. Which would make it worse for both Genie+ users and stand-by.

The only way it would work is if they limit the amount of E-ticket LLs you can get, but that would make it waaay more complicated and we need less complicated, not more.

That's exactly the way the old FP and MaxPass system worked. You could ride any participating attraction as often as you were eligible to get a pass. You could get 3 Fastpasses a day for Space Mountain if you knew how to work the system and dependent upon the available return times.

As to Genie+, the restriction would still be that you can't get another pass until you've either waited 2 hours or ridden the ride you currently hold a pass for. The return times will push out later into the day as they do now. The existing Genie+ restrictions would remain, plus the limited amount of return times, and would limit how many passes someone could get for something like Space Mountain. Someone might prefer to hold a Space Mountain pass for 7:00 pm instead of getting something with a return time at 2:00 pm - that's up to each individual to make the choice best for them.

I'm simply advocating that they go back to the way the system used to be in the FastPass era.

EDITED TO CLARIFY: I realized the post I'm responding to understood my prior comments to literally mean unlimited booking of an attraction on Genie+. That is not what I meant - I mean unlimited booking as long as available time slots remain (like the old FP). Return times would still push out later into the day and become unavailable altogether just like they currently do and the total number of Genie+ reservations per attraction per day would still be limited.
