Your list looks good to me. What about allergy medicine? Or aloe in case you get sunburned?

Aloe is a good idea! As for allergy medicine, neither of us really get affected by anything, so I think we are good on that. Thanks for the input! :goodvibes

I like your new avatar.

I meant like Benedryl, I like to take it in case of mosquito bites and such. You're welcome. I am so excited for you!!

Oh, good point! I will see about getting some of that.

Thanks Michele! I am getting so excited. I can't believe how fast the time is going. Less than 3 weeks now.

Also bought some mini shampoos at Walmart the other day. Now I should make up an actual packing list so we don't forget anything.

I am starting to get a little bit of anxiety about leaving Seth. I know everything will be fine, but I always get these quick "what if" type thoughts. I am going to get my mom on Skype so we can arrange a couple of days where we can see him. She's done the msn video thing a couple times with him, and I know he recognizes me on there, so it will help ease our minds a lot if we can see him smile at us. I kinda wish he was coming with us. :sad2:

Did you say packing list? :rolleyes1 This is the one I always post for the Disneyland Diva trips, so some of it pertains to that. It's pretty ummm,......massive? :rotfl2: But I like to use it and just cross out what I don't need.

I remember the first time we left one of the kids behind. It's hard. But, a happy mom and dad who have a good relationship is one of the best gifts you can give your child. It's easy to forget that and focus so much on the kids sometimes. So go on and have fun with your sweetie! :goodvibes

Either that or hydrocortizone cream which won't make you tired.

Beth, that is one the most comprehensive lists I have ever seen. Love the garbage bag one. I need to steal your list and adapt it for us.

OK, a couple questions about EMH.

1. How bad are the crowds on those days. I have typically avoided those days for the most part, but if we want to go into MK for their late hours (open until 2am) what can we expect for crowds.

2. Can you still get into the park later in the evening? Say we decide to go back to our resort for a bit and swim or something, then decide to go to MK for like 9 or 10, can we get in?

So we took Seth for his first visit to the park of the year tonight! Just thought I'd share some photos I took. :)

I think it's safe to say, the park will be a thing we revisit often! :)

Awww it looks like Seth really likes the swing. What great fun!!

Andrea! Those pics of Seth are SO cute!!

As far as the Evening EMH. I've heard MK is the best park to do them at! I don't think you will have any problem getting in.

Thanks Paula!!

I am not too worried about MK, cause we will have already done a full day of it, but extra time is always nice! I just hope we can still get a few things in.

At least it gives us most of the day to check out one or two other parks!

I am trying to get Dillon to apply for an IT job at Disney, haha! I really want to move to Cali, but not sure if it could ever be done. Might be just wishful thinking. But how cool would it be to have a husband that works for Disney??? And then we can do DL all we want! We'd be getting some AP's that's for sure! Sigh.

That would be awesome if he could get a job with Disney! Are the IT jobs actually in Cali though?!? I thought I read somewhere they were in Washington!!

Love, love, love the pictures of Seth at the park!! OMG, they are just adorable and make me want to laugh out loud with him.

What a wonderful day!

I think it said it was in Burbank, CA. Not sure where in CA that is, but it's a lot closer than here! It's probably wishful thinking anyways.

Thanks Marsha! It was a pretty great day. :)

Burbank is down by Hollywood. You would be in the thick of it. Real close to Disneyland!!

Oh, that would be so awesome. He hasn't said he wouldn't apply....but he's got to get a resume done up and everything. And as if they would pick someone from Canada over the many others that would probably be applying.

Also, I am guessing housing isn't cheap down there.

And the work visa and all that. I know.

No I think that southern California is probably pretty expensive.
