DH and I are going to be at WDW Oct. 31-Nov. 10.
Originally we thought we'd do both MNSSHP and MVMCP but now that the dates & prices are out, we can't afford to do both.
We've done MNSSHP multiple times and enjoy it very much. However, I was disappointed they didn't have the "extra" party on Nov. 1 this year like they usually do. We arrive on Oct. 31 and are flying, so I hate to book that party and then something gets delayed and we miss it. Also, we've been before on Oct. 31 and it tends to be sold out and very crowded.
So, now we're trying to decide if MVMCP is worth the money for us. We've never done that party before.
We have AP's so having that extra night of admission is not a perk. I feel like I recall hearing others say they have all the special things about the party on regular nights at MK anyway (parade, fireworks, castle lighting, etc.). The only thing missing would be cookies & hot cocoa.
I'd love opinions from others about this event to help us determine if it would be worth spending the extra money.
