Well we did it.....

We're actually going to Disney WITHOUT our kids!! After 15+ trips with our kids - who are now 17 & 21 - and who do not want to go with us - we actually made the reservations for OKW and airfare, and are headed south in January. January 18 - 23 to be exact. We just didn't want to sit home, and wait for them to decide they'd come with us...

This will be such a first for my husband and myself, but we're overlapping our trip with some friends, so we'll be able to see and do all the things that our children found too "slow" or "boring"!

So, all you January lovers - I figure MLK weekend will be rather busy, but will the rest of the week be also? And, should I plan on shorts or jeans?

DW and I went w/o the kids last Sept. (both in college) and we had a blast. So much so that we head back 1 week from today to see WDW decorated for the holidays.

You and your DH will have so much fun you'll wonder why you ever brought the kids at all (just kidding).
