I had asked this question in a different post, but I just got off the phone with Disney, asking if I could knock a few days off the end of our AP4 ressies (due to flight booking issues), and if I do that, we lose the entire reservation at our rate!
They said the AP4 rates are completely booked for that time period at all three hotels, and all I can do is keep calling back. Silly me for not realizing at the time that this could happen, hey? I knew if you changed the dates, you could lose the rates, but I guess I thought that meant actually switching to different days, not just dropping days.
So now, we're so SAD!
I know you can't help, but I just wanted to share, and let others know about this predicament!

I still couldn't fix the PPH, but the CM was so nice, and she suggested to keep calling back! Yay! Now at the very least, we'll still be able to spend the last 4 nights of our trip at the GCH! And I have a lot more hope that we'll get the PPH straightened out.
