I weigh in at Weight Watchers on Monday night for the second time,-my first opportunity for a loss- so this is big and I'm feeling like I may have blown it already. I was doing okay, but Thursday and Friday were particularly high stress days for me and I'm a stress eater. I'm hoping if I stay at the low end of points for today and tomorrow and only eat a few points before weigh in on Monday (at 6:00) and take a 3 mile walk today and tomorrow (since the weather here finally warmed up) I might have a fighting chance of dropping something. Any other suggestions? Anything at all would be appreciated. Thanks.
