Here's stupidity for you:
Jay offered to take Jar to Boy Scout's last night so that I could get some work done at school.
He calls at 6pm (BS started at 5:30) and tells mom that they are leaving because he (Jay) needs to regroup before he says something unprofessional and inappropriate. WTH???
Come to find out that Jay had put Jar in a time out and the leader saw him "cowering" in the corner and went and asked him if he needed some air to cool off. Now instead of asking the leader what she was doing or stopping her, he apparently watched her walk off with Jar and that pissed him off. So being the mature butt head that he is, he grabbed Jar and stormed out of the meeting.
He apparently percieved that she was a threat (if you were so worried why did you stand there and let her walk through a door without stopping her???? butthead)
I called the leader and asked her what happened and she told me that she saw Jar "cowering" so she offered him air. She then explained to butthead that this is what we do when he becomes upset.
The leader should have asked Jay what was going on, she knows that now, and Jay knows it. But geez did he have to storm out like a big baby and really make Jar obnoxious for the rest of the evening?? butthead.
I would have understood him leaving with Jar because of behavior and I would have been okay with it, but the way he did it was ridiculous!!
Oh and he mentioned in his email (I have to use email otherwise I'll call him a butthead to his face!) that it was really loud in there and the parents seemed to all be talking to each other or paying attention to the siblings not to their scout. WELL DUH!!! Haven't I been saying this for the last 2 months??? oy! Thank goodness I picked a much better donor for Ethan!!
whew! I feel better! Off to finish getting ready for school. Then I have a field trip today and then we have the doc appt. and I'm going to try and get our counseling appt. moved to this afternoon so that i don't have to worry about it tomorrow afternoon!
see ya'll soon!!
