Suzanne--both the girls fell asleep on Amanda tonight..now shes sleeping too...
Cassie will always come up to her when we're laying together watching tv and want to lay with her...I'm like, 'go away'...you have 5 other nights to do this..I only have 2....

Nancy - is having the dinner back at your house an option? Or is your place too far away from the wedding site?

What time is the rehearsal? Could you do a picnic in a park? or something like that???

Nancy, thanks for the info, now I'll ask her if she'll pick it up for me. If Ed had found a belle costume, that's how he'd have dressed my bear! Since he ended up making him a boy, felt a Beast costume would be better, lol!

Todd, reverse that, I'm only home two or three nights, so they climb all over me...Ed seconds that feeling . He ended up falling asleep in my bed, just carried him over to his.

Just booked the California trip, yay! Now I gotta find some hotels. Wish the budget would allow for five days at a DL hotel, but travel time and expenses prohibit!

carrying 2 kids up 2 flights of stairs gets harder as they get older...

Soooo....who wants to admit to spiking my water?? I know it was one of you, because I'm just not this domestic normally I've completed ALL of the laundry for the week, changed the sheets on the bed, vacuumed the house, made lunch, cleaned the kitchen, made little jello cups for our lunches...and even managed to finish reading a book I started Friday. Now I'm relaxing in bed ketchuping up on my favorite DIS pals.

Todd I couldn't help but smile at your Jerry Mcquire reference last night. I saw the very end of it while I was flipping channels. Always forget how much I liked that movie. I do hope your cold/respiratory infection goes away soon and you're able to sleep again.

Deena I hope you start to feeling better too.

Nancy have you thought of having a local caterer do a backyard reception for 20? If the backyard isn't an option do you have local Elks Clubs or American Legions where you can rent the building for an evening?

Karen glad to hear that you're enjoying your Texas trip. Yuck smoke...that would send me away too.

mmmmmm...Suzanne has frostys at her house. Just two more days then you get REST! I hate it when I get the scar itchies. A cold wash cloth helps most of the time, or a little bit of neosporin.

Thanks for all the comments on adorable Dakota...you know I never mind showing off pictures LOL Suzanne...she's definitely an inspiration. It was so surreal yesterday holding her and feeding her, just thinking about the future. I almost wanted to cry. I've been crying at the drop of a hat lately. Derek just laughs and says it's pre-pregnancy hormones.

I think I'm going to turn in for the evening. See you all tomorrow.

Suzanne the Belle costume was also discontinued. It is so cute too.

Here isn't an option...... too far. Outside isn't really an option....our weather is too unpredictable. It could be pouring and cold in early June....or late June...of even July
We will be downtown Seattle at the pier.......on a Friday night
I have 2 other places to try tomorrow ....but they are more $$$.
One of my problems is I don't know where anything is or if they are any good or not.
I don't go into the city any more than I have to.
Geoff gave me on of his favorites and it is close, so if they can handle 20 on a Friday, I will do that and pay the extra $$$

Morning all,

Just enjoying my first cuppa coffee before the kidlets get up.

Gonna talk to the new bosses wife today and see if they can assure me that they are going to keep me and explain why. I need to know that before I make my final decision. I am leaning towards staying at the new job though. God seems to be pointing me in that direction.

Kristy what wonderful photos of Dakota. I dont remember if I told you that or not LOL. She is just such a doll.

Todd and Deena I hope you two are feeling better very soon. I will say prayers for both of you.

Head hurts this morning, I think it is stress over working the budgets at work. Why can't individuals keep better track on their own

As for the girls sleeping with me....I feel pulled in every direction when Todd is home. Can't please everyone and the girls are only young for so long, soon they won't want anything to do with me

It was a quiet weekend - didn't get much done - worked alot.

Deena, a friend of mine is due any day now with a girl.
We're still hoping my other SIL is having a girl. She should find out this month or next.
