Hi All.....

BIG NEWS AHEAD!!!!!

I have a job interview.....in Little Rock Arkansas.....next Thursday.

There have been a plethora of head hunters calling me and I now have a plane ticket and an interview on Thursay next week. I am really not sure how I feel about all of this. It is all very surreal. Never in my life has anybody wanted to fly me somewhere, put me up in a hotel and all that for an interview. I have had SEVERAL phone interviews, and I guess this is the next step.

The jobs that I am being interviewed for are in Dallas, Amarillo, Macon, someplace in Louisanna, someplace in Arkansas....and there is a possiblity of a postion in Chicago. So we will see. I guess I am commited to at least go to the interview.

Anyway, I am reeling with excitement, fear and a bunch of other emotions that I am not even sure I know about........

I amoging to try and figure out what is what and get my suit ready to go to the cleaners!!!

You go girl!

have lots running thru my mind. Leaving at 1:00 tomorrow to head to Melbourne for the funeral and must pack. Wish I could stay thru for the weekend but, tons of people are off on Fri. for all the Super Bowl activities.

WoW not only did not 1 of my Ya Ya sister friends wish me a Happy Birthday today but I also received a Birthday Card for a 35 year old and I am only 32 today.. I actually think my DH Aunt meant to mail DH the 35 year old card and Not me...

MIL came home and cleaned up the mess in the kitchen and SIL cleaned up the living room. Today was MUCH better, they cleaned their messes

Went to Kohl's today and bought $50 worth of clothes at HUGE 70% & 80% discounts..Walked away with 6 outfits, a pocketbook and 2 wallets... Sweaters were $7-$10..Turtle necks $3..Skirts were $7..Pocketbook $5..and wallets both combined $5.70..

Happy Birthday Jordan !!! Today is a Great day to have a birthday!!

ok off I go, In Laws leave tomorrow, we have to bring them to the airport..I got LOTS of REALLY cute pics of my niece and son and family at the parties.. I will see them again in July when we have to go to South Dakota for the Family Reunion...so far 157 people reserved..this is the biggest turn out ever I was told by "Grandma" (actually dh grandma) i don't have grandparents so I adopted his as my own..

Don't even wanna go into the type of night I had. Suffices to say Duncan is thinking of patenting me. Oh well such is life.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY STACY!!!!!

LOL my little guy loves this guy.....

Dh had a meeting to go to very early this morning so we all got up early so he could help get the kids ready. LOL now we are ready WAY before we need to go.

Wish my foot would stop hurting though. I was walking through the kids room getting their clothes ready and stepped on a jack and rammed the thing point first into my heel about a half an inch. Needless to say Im walking kinda funny right now.

Eldest ds brought in his report and puppet yesterday and presented it to the class. He doesn't know what his grade is yet but it should be a good one. He is very good with oral presentations, his report was right on with what she wanted, and he had an articulated puppet which is what she wanted.

I keep suggesting to ds that he should start working on his Science Fair Project. She hasn't suggested a due date for it yet but if he gets most of the research and stuff done now he will be done in no time when she does give them the due date. This is their big project for the year and it's pretty detailed. Kinda why I want him to start on it now. I have all the materials we were given from last year so he can just follow that. My girlfriend who's daughter is in my eldest ds's class is trying to get her daughter to figure out now what she wants to do for the SFP so that she can start also. We are both not wanting the kids to wait until its announced because then there is just a short time to get all the research etc.... done.

Tonight is Team Kid. I just know the director is gonna corner me tonight. I really don't want to talk to her with others around while shes doing a myriad of things and there is no way to get her alone and just talking with you. Acccck I just don't want to deal with it.

Well I guess I better get the kids headed out the door for school. Wow we will actually be getting there early today. It's a MIRACLE ROFL!!!!!

Liz...August is still not final. Some of it will depend if Todd is on 1st shift or not. I will probably only go if he is on second shift. We will be in money saving mode once he is on first, although you have cut my cost significantly and I am thankful for that. We have no idea when we will hear about the first shift job...we are hoping this week. I have the girls not knowing if they can sign up for gymnastics or not..the deadline is the 14th. Good luck with your job interviews. Nice to have a paid trip, even if it is for the interview.

Stacy...sorry about missing the birthday. Happy belated birthday!

Good morning YaYas. Pleas allow me to introduce myself. My name is Trouble and work very hard to cause hate and discontent. I am skilled in making people cry. I send out emails that alternately elate people and piss them off. One half of the group comes to me to cry, the other half come to me to tell me how the crying half have problems!! Oy Vey!!!

UGH!! Can you tell people are giving me crap today? The problem is I needed to move a student to another, more educationally appropriate class. Well, this messed up our interpreters and required another interpreter for the class. One came to me with her knickers in a wad that she couldn't do it all by herself. So i said fine, I'll do it (not my job, but I don't mind doing it). Then the lead interpreter comes to me fussing because I told the other interpreter about the change and now she has to listen to the interpreters gripe. Anyway, long story short (haha) I emailed all the interpreters and said that in order to "help" them I would go into the classroom and act as the interpreter for this kid. This means giving up one of my planning bells but hey...I'm a team player . So this morning I come in and one interpreter is in tears because she is upset that she upset me. I tell her its okay that she really doesn't need to be upset. Well...she says there is more within the entire interpreter group. So she leaves and the lead interpreter comes into gripe about the fact that the interpreters are all in an uproar because of the email. One thinks its a farce that I will go into the class (uh yea...I said I would go...I will go). The others are peeved that I changed the schedule because I should not have upset the apple cart...

Anyway, here I sit...laughing at the thought that I've managed to disrupt the lives of so many people. hehehehehe

Just stopping in for a quick and I am off runnning. This afternoon we have some moving men stopping by....Greg's boss gave us her "old" bigscreen TV....and Greg told me last night he was not 21 anymore.....SHOCK there...when did that happen... so we have decided moving it upstairs is best left to the professionals.
