$150 later, the pipe is unfrozen. We called in the plumber, and he also fixed a valve in the toilet while he was here. You don't want to know how I spent my day. Let me just say that I am unhappy with the male folk in this house right now for abandoning me, and making me deal with this junk. And the worst thing about it is that it wouldn't have been a big problem if my father had told me about it when it happened over the week ago because we could have done something about it before it reached panic mode! It's my dad's bathroom, so I never use it, and didn't know it was a problem. He got an earful from me about it. I'll tell ya.
That's enough toilet talk!
Elaine, get packing now! Don't forget to pull out extra suitcases to stowaway all the yayas you promised to bring with you.
Hi Sherry
Tara, yay for already hitting $85 for your March of Dimes walk. If you PM me your address, I'll throw in $5 for the cause
I don't know if they did this in other cities, but here in Boston during the Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy telethon, people would challenge other people in the same group (i.e. firemen, girl scouts, etc) to donate money to the cause.
So, I'm challenging Yayas to donate money to help Tara reach her monetary goal in the walk for the March of Dimes. So, if you want to donate money to Tara, drop her a PM. Hope you don't mind, Tara
