Good Morning!! Thanks for the birthday wishes!! I humbly apologize for teh old fart comment!! I only meant to imply that I was feeling like an old fart!! I understand that in the yaya world none of us are old or fat!! This is actually what we are!! hehehehe

I'm goin to a Japanese steak house for dinner tonight. My brother was having a craving for this particular restaurant (which is unusal for him) so we figured since its one of my favorite we would check it ou!

To all who enjoy tofu...I will not cheat you out of it, I will make sure that any for me goes straight to you!! hehehe I ended up having chinese with a little steamed shrimp and fettuccini alfredo last night. We have a take out place that is 3 restaurants in one "Shrimp Boat,Babmboo Hut, and Paesano(?sp). So it was a nice dinner with not a bean curd in sight!!

Caroline...our weather guys are getting so excited because we MIGHT get a flurry here on Sunday! And then it will change to rain...so we might need all 3 weather men in the station together so they can track this storm. I mean at 40 degrees you never know what kind of a storm we are going to encounter I think the guy almost peed his pants last night talking about it. But I bet Canadian weather folks are calmer than American ones! Do they stand out in the middle of a blizzard to report the "conditons". The ones that really crack me up are the ones that stand out during a huricane to show us how windy it "Really" is! Oh well!! Hope you are getting a Pina Coloda drink today!

I hate paying to get so little clipped off but if I do it...well lets just say that he would need to be sheared when I got doen with him!!!

DD went to see "Hide and Seek" last night - she is our resident movie critic - she really liked it.

Not doing mucht today - have to run out and get a gag gift for BIL 50th B-Day party tomorrow. I have to work - just 4:30 -6pm to help cover - tonite is my companies Holiday Party and since we are a 24hr company of course not everyone can go - those of us that are working have been told to go out to eat with our spouses and our company will pay up to $50 - not a bad deal.

I think I'll be stopping at the market to day - ....I'm thinking of baking.....brownies - wonder why???

Casey - my puppy dog has another allergy flair up - ears are way yucky!! May have to cal the vet again on Monday.

Morning, all! Sitting here eating the nastiest sweet thing on the planet. Kevin asked for a pop tart and brought me the other one out of the package. I need tons of milk to wash it down, but we don't have any. I think the kids were shocked, I don't normally buy that stuff, but it was right next to the pharmacy at Target when I picked up the vicodin-that's how they got them.

Karen, I'm a figeter, too. I think I know where Neil gets the ADHD from!! And no, I'm not skinny from all the figeting, either.

Well, I have a project to go back to work for. With the sale of the stores, we now go to everyone getting their reviews at the same time, as opposed to anniversary date. Talked to the boss this morning and he was lamenting the amount of reviews to do, and I said I'd do all the hourly employee reviews. It's what I did at my old store, but he's not used to that! I don't think my old manager wrote more than two reviews in the 4+ years I was there!

Suzanne I know thats where my kids get their ADHD from. I have been diagnosed with it and dh is ADD. My poor kids never had a chance LOL!!! Im glad to meet another fidgeter....if that study were only true huh?? We would probably be absolutely svelt LOL!!!

Back from the vet... both babies are fine and got their shots. Gwenie hated it and Cleo had fun trying to antagonize the dogs

Bethie, I can definitely believe that Easter season is almost here... starts a week from Weds I had a week off for choir this week, but I can imagine that starting shortly, we'll have our 2+hour long rehersals. The 1 hour ones were nice while they lasted

Karen, you aren't weak... trust me quitting smoking isn't easy at all. I knew many who would buy cigarettes and then wind up breaking each one in half and then flushing them down the toilet. You can do it though, and it is so sweet to know that your DH does care that much about your health!

JRKaren, good job on the good airfare!!! That is a great deal!!! You are right, I have a lot on my mind with the trip (mix of good and bad). And yep, this will be the first cabana boy I've met in person

Sherry, still brushing all the fuzz off of me but glad that it was a quick trip. Yay on the Taurus. My Dad bought a used Sable several years back and really loved both of the sister cars. He just got a slightly better deal on the Sable. Enjoy the car!!

Stopped by and found we need to change brownies the name of the resort to the yaya ADHD clinic!! Another one with ADHD...which is why we are not playing any games right now...he can't follow directions until his brownies meds kick in and since we are going out to eat tonight I didn't want to give it to him too early b/c then I will have him dancing on the habachi table!! brownies

Just downloaded pictures from my Nov WDW trip that my best friend's bf took. Some really cute pictures. I'm gong to have to share them when I get the chance!! brownies He really took some good ones of the boys.

Oh and tofu and chocolate most certainly should never be used in the same sentence brownies let alone the same recipe!! ick!!

Going to try and cross stitch now that the baby is down for a nap!!

We had a friend make a tofu "cheesecake" once (chocolate....well not chocolate). Nasty!!!

Paula....Hide and Seek got such bad reviews. I'm glad someone liked it. I want to see it! I love that kind of movie. Have to go alone though
Today we are going to see Polar Express at IMAX.....tomorrow Million Dollar Baby.

JRKaren.....yay! for good airfare. I love when that happens. I got good air for my trip to CA in March.

Thanks for the support. I really really need it right now. This has to be the toughest thing I have done. I quit before but that was before the stress of having two ADHD kids. I'm drinking tons of water today trying to flush out my system. I heard somewhere that helps.

Went to youngest son's bball game. He is so cute. He has absolutely no idea what he's doing out there but he is trying. He got the white star for most Christlike again.

Elaine I will help you pack. Do you have a suitcase large enough for both Suzanne and me?? Oh and some Bonine for me?? ROFL. I think the YaYa Bakery would be just too kewl!!!

Nancy see what you started?? I may have to call dh who's at the store and have him pick up brownie mix LOL. hehehehehehhehehe actually I just called him and asked him to pick up the stuff.

It's a slow day here. I have Spanish homework to work on, then I need to work on my Spring borders for a border exchange tomorrow. That's if we have it. We're "supposed" to be getting an ice storm, but I'm hoping that the forecasters are wrong again and it doesn't hit. Sasha's scrapbooking apron came in just in time for a scrapbooking session last night. Here's a closeup of her and a pic of her working on my Animal Kingdom title page.
