Would someone please cheeto me?! I know better than to wait this long to ketchup. Ten pages! Sheesh! Ya'll have probably moved from Club Med while I was back on 190 perusing snow pics!

Ya'll are so much fun! Love reading all of the Christmas stories and... Pammy... your adventures with Santa the other night... was that you on my roof? Had I known, I would've deactivated the smoke alarms so as not to scare the reindeer. Sorry about the smoke billowing out of the windows. Darn pot holder. Why can't someone make flame proof oven mits anyway???

Christmas was wonderful, although a bit too hectic for my tastes. It makes me CRAZY to have people talking all at once, ripping open packages in a frenzy... ugh. Anyway... just tried to tune everyone else out, slow down, stay quiet and enjoy watching Cam. All in all it was a wonderful holiday. Tom and Cam had a surprise waiting for me on Christmas morning. I came down to a family room filled with new bedroom furniture, banana trees, bamboo plants, leopard statues, beaded curtains, bamboo window shades and a beautiful sword named Anduril. Today we get to transform my bedroom!! Yay!! Cam seemed to enjoy his day... had fun with his goodies, and all... but is now fighting a fever a sore throat. Nasty germses.

Hi all!!

We had a wonderful Christmas. Boys are so excited with their DS's. They've been playing them pretty much non-stop.
I got the cutest Dooney & Bourke purse from Junior.

Still have tons of snow. And it was colder than heck all weekend.

Junior is getting his MRI done right now. Hopefully they get it right this time. MIL gets home around 6'ish from PR. We are going over to see her and exchange gits.

If y'all could spare some PD & prayers for my inlaws I'd appreciate it. I don't want to go into details right now, but things are going to get very ugly, very soon.

Tara, so glad to hear your Mom is OK and back home.

Amanda, hope the girls are feeling better. Junior has a knot, too. It started Christmas night. He's hoping to squeeze in a doc visit tomorrow morning.

How cool Beth and Liz will be hanging out!

Oh, and add me to the weight loss thing. Jan. 2 my diet starts. I have been really bad and I now need to lose about 30 pounds.

I am NOT in a very good mood this afternoon. Seems my coworker thought it would be really nice to leave me her work to do besides mine! Not only do I have to do my regular work but she left stuff she should have done for me to do on top of what she does on a regular day! She also had the nerve when she stopped in today to drop something off.... to say to me when she saw me out of the office delivering something to another office that she was NOT GOING TO COME IN FOR ME THIS WEEK!!! She thought I was going to smoke. First off I NEVER ASKED HER TO!!! Nor would I, I don't care how sick I am. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!! She really really takes the cake. To top it off not only am I not going to leave any earlier today but I had to work my lunch to get reports out before the courier came today.

Thankfully what both my doctor and my boss suggested I do with the Prednisone seems to have calmed things way down. Looks like Im still gonna be on high doses of it for awhile until my lungs become more stable.

Dave thanks for reporting in on Beth and letting us know she got there alright. Im glad she is having a blast in the snow!!!

Sherry Prayers and Pixie Dust going out to your inlaws. Doesnt matter what the reason the Prayers and PD are there for them. Im glad to hear the boys are having a blast with their DS's. Im just waiting for them to restock here so that I can get one for DH for his Christmas present. He wants one and realizes that he has to wait for more stock to come in. His SP is just about shot he uses it so much LOL!!!

LOL Elaine 7:30 is sleeping in to me also when I normally get up at 6:00. Now that I dont have to take the kids in to school for the next two weeks I can sleep in until about 7:00 IF my body would just cooperate LOL!!

Dh is off at the mall picking up my stuff. I can't wait to see what he comes home with. I love surprises even when he is spending my GC's LOL!!! He said he would take me when I feel better to VS to get me some new underlings. Luckily their sale doesnt start until Jan 3 so hopefully by then I will be feeling a lot better and able to go places.

Guess I better get close down of the office started so I can go home at normal time. HUGS EVERYONE!!! I will check in tonight.

This day is just getting better and better. Dh did NOT go to the mall for me today. Have ketchupped, just not writing about it all exactly yet.

I am totally exhausted. Spent yesterday vegging. Today I was the only one in work, so was busy for me. With the short week it will be a bit of a whirlwind.

Prayers and PD for all who need it. Yuck on sickies, inlaws, relatives, snow, ice, cold, upcoming surgeries, and all else that should be yucked upon.

Yippee for weight loss! We need to go to the WISH thread and post a Ya Ya takeover! The marathon threads will be waning and the place could use some refreshing!

I'm off to do more resting before tackling the balance of what must be done tonight. More later...

Quick hello again.
Just got back from shopping. Got loads of Christmas things. Hit the B&BW and VS sales

Cake......octagonal. Geoff wanted the sharp edges.....4 tier.....extra 1/2 sheet cake.
Sheet cake will be chocolate with raspberry filling. Bottom layer..champagne with strawberry filling. Next German Chocolate and filling. Lemon cake with lemon chiffon filling and top another German chocolate.
Should feed 175

Hope everyone is feeling better, is staying warm, is enjoying family and also that Junior's MRI works out well.

Can I just say that I am freezing this evening? I came home and did some more shovelling this evening, and now I can't get this chill out of me.

I spent most of yesterday working on my scrapbook. I finally finished my May trip, and now I'm working on my October trip, and then I'll be able to work on my December trip.

Sherry, hope Junior's MRI went alll right. And sending out good thought's for your in-laws.

Karen, you should stay in and relax tonight. You need to get better.

Kimmie, the airfare was $175, but after I got my credits, vouchers, and gift certificates applied, it brought it down to $36. I was very happy about that Now, I need it to be May 7th.
