Sorry you didn't get a nap, Deena! Thanks for the AP renewal reminder. I was even talking tickets with someone earlier. Maybe I'll call it in on Sat morning (since I do keep my AP at home). I think this time my AP expires the day I get there... need to go look... would be nice if I didn't have to stand in line to get my AP from a ticket center first thing.

For the first time in about 3 weeks or maybe more, I had a Coke. I gave up something to eat today to drink it, but I figured I couldn't make it through choir practice w/o it. Not sure if it helped, but I am going stronger than I did a while ago

Busy, busy.....and mornings my computer seems to have a hard time "waking up"

HOLIDAY EXCHANGE time is here

Okay...now is the time to PM me if you are interested in the holiday exchange.
We are just doing a HOLIDAY BOX this time......some concern about the stockings costing too much for a nice one last year.

I will take names until Oct. 29....and send out names later that day.

If you already said you were interested, please PM me again.....I want to make sure no one changed their mind and there is a short survey to take with likes, etc in it.

The price limit will be the same as the last ones have been.....around the 20 dollar mark (like anyone follows that )

The mail out date will be Nov. 30.

Did everyone catch Liz at the presidential debate the other night? No, you say, well, that's right. She wasn't there. She went to the venue and explained that she was a candidate, but they wouldn't let her in. Can you believe it? So she stood outside the venue, sang God Bless America, and spoke for two hours about chocolate cake, making sure everyone knew how to practice the fine art of rolling in it.

I just heard from DD Sarah. It's official. The Nordonia High School Marching Band will be going to WDW this spring. Woohoo. Another trip to WDW. We already have our summer vacation booked, so this will be the icing on the cake. The kids will be leaving Ohio on a charter bus on March 29th. We don't know if they are staying onsite or not, but I'm sure that information will be forthcoming as well. Time to start planning that April Fool's Day WDW mini-vacation.

Stitches are out! YAY! Jonathan ended up going, too, as he's had a pain in his stomach all week and his throat has been sore. He's OK, but the dr. did say he has the signs of oncoming Type 2 Diabetes. He wants a complete blood chemistry as soon as his stomach troubles are over.

John, yay for Sarah! How exciting!

Hi Sherry!!! I hope all will be okay with Jonathan. Does diabetes run in the family? I know my BIL has type 1 and is doing okay... found out when he was about 18 or so too... quite a shock.
