The only days it is not suppose to rain in the coming week in Sunday and Wednesday.....

Nancy...our 'date' movie for tomorrow, with the girls, is Shark Tales...gotta do something to get rid of the rainy blues.

Sherry....look at the bright side, if he is diagnosed it will explain a lot of things. I complained of symptoms for 9 years before they were able to diagnose me. The bad part is I'm not as good as I need to be, too set in my ways Symptoms come on then I am good for about 3 months, then back to old habits. Ironically my diet is very similar to Weight Watchers. I can have anything I want, it is the portions and how often that counts.

John....add that to the list of perks for having kids.

Mandy gave her # out to kids at school. One little boy called the day after getting the #. We took him to the park last night. Tonight we get home to a message "Mandy call me when you get a chance"....very cute, till she is 11 and more boys are calling Feel bad for him...the mom appears very young and I don't think she does a lot with him. She just let him go in my van and she had never met me before. I 'interview' all the parents of Mandy's friends before she can even to go their home without me and that is even if it is just a couple houses up the street and they are playing outside. My friend thinks I will be 'adopting' the neighborhood kids. Just hate to see kids not have parental involvement. If I go outside I have several kids come by...sometimes to talk, other times to play with the girls.

DH and I went to see Forgotten. He is not really into this type of movie but I thought he might enjoy it better than Shall We Dance. I figure that my Mom and I might get to see that one together.

Sherry, sorry about Jonathan not feeling well. Hope the rest goes well with the diagnosis. How is Junior feeling?

Aww Amanda, that is so cute. Yes until she is older. Then I would be going with my daughter everywhere worring about oh so much.

It sounds like you will be the place everyone wants to be as those kids grow up in the neighborhood. You and Todd are good folks and kids like that. At least you will know they will be safe when you can see them.

I wanna see Shark Tales too. I was thinking of "renting" the neighbor kids.

We have a clam bake at their house tomorrow. It will be crummy weather and is outdoor. Some fun. Oh well we will dress warm and find a good time.

A couple of you were up late last night. Actually I was up watching TV with Luis for a while... it must be getting cold because I felt like hibernating last night

Lily, I'm with you... I have some athletic pants on, a junky knit shirt (that I layer with) and a hooded sweatshirt on right now... I'm still chilly

Going to do some minor shopping today (return something actually) and probably stay huddled up beneath my down throw

Yes, I survived yesterday. People were just ticking me off yesterday. It was just one of those days. All is good now, and I'm one day closer to Friday Close enough that I can drop the next and just say Friday! Woofreakinghoo!

Nancy and Lily, if you are talking about borrowing kids to go see Shark Tales, please make sure it is a kid you know. It's not a good idea to borrow kids you don't know. Just figured I'd remind you of that

Well, that's all. I have a million things to get accomplished this weekend. Several loads of laundry (took out my winter clothes), go to the bank to get travellers checks, go to Kohl's to exchange the pants I bought last week because they got all streaky when I washed them, go to the travel store to try to get a new shoulder bag before my trip because the zipper busted on mine. The list goes on.

It is a cold one here in NE Ohio! Brr! Tinkerbell has taken over my nice warm Browns fleece throw, so I'm freezing. I might have to break down and turn the heat on today.

Amanda, enjoy your movie. Its a pretty cute movie. The girls will like it. Too cute about the phone calls. Just wait till they are older though.

Hi all, went shopping today. Got a cute new outfit for Larissa I cant' find the outfit online,b ut it is a cute red sweater w/ a white collared shirt beneath. The skir it denim and has plad in the pleats. She also got a pair of cool black boots

Sherry, you haven't turned on your heat yet???? It hasn't gotten above 60 in a long time so our house was getting chilly.

Um, yeah, y'all can see me try to twist Kimmie's arm I need to go get some keys made now and then I think I will go get something from DQ.

Back is still bugging me today for some stupid reason. I hate feeling old

Whew, what a day!!! I volunteered to babysit for the 3 princesses again today so their mom and dad could participate in our church workday, today, where they clean out all the flowerbeds, trim the trees, etc, etc. It was a way I could participate without setting off my allergies! Was only supposed to be there till noon and it was 2:45 before we left! The girls loved the Disney princess posters I brought for them to color and they brought a couple of Disney movies for the VCR! Elizabeth even wore her Mickey & Minnie shirt and Minnie blue jeans just for me!! "Cuz I know you like Mickey", she said!!

Went grocery shopping after all that and now I'm totally pooped! Glad I found something I can just pop in the oven and ignore.

It's turning colder here, too, but we haven't turned on the heat yet. Been tempted more than once, already! Nancy, I can't believe you haven't had the heat on yet! You're further north than most of us and it's supposed to be colder up there, isn't it?! Enjoy Shark Tale without borrowing a kid! I'm really thinking I need to see that.......

Laine, I saw that outfit at our BaB and love it! I bet Larissa looks quite preppy! I found Halloween costumes for mine, as you can see. They had a bear-making place at Busch Gardens and I just HAD to buy new outfits! OK, so it's not official BaB, but the little orange witch dress just got me!!

Been watching the Star Wars trilogy today. I got my paws on a set of DVDs that are the original copy of the trilogy... so no stupid remastering that they did for the VHS in '95 and again this year for the release to DVD. So now I have a copy of all three endings to Return of the Jedi

Bethie, I cannot believe you guys haven't turned the heat on yet!!! Is it that much colder here than you are? Actually i do think with the ocean currents y'all get a hair more mild in the winter than here... at least that is what Luis felt after he moved here. I think it might have reached 45 for a high today if we were lucky... I went out after dark and used my wool coat

I do love your new sig pic though!!! Preppy for Larissa? Oh I guess so... then again Luis admitted that I am tuly a yuppie so oh well

Ran around in the cold today. Did find our costumes, though. Junior is a Medieval Knight and I am a Medieval Princess.

I have been tempted a few times to turn on the heat, but I've kept it off so far. It was really windy today, too.
