Who's arm can I twist? Come on, even I am participating this time. Make this a good first exchange for me friends. It will be fun to hear the neat things that everyone receives.

We cleaned out the closet before we left for our neighbor's clam bake and Ted washed it down. Then it was sort/toss/retrieve winter things/put away summer things. We had a great time at our neighbors clam bake yesterday. We came early and stayed kinda late. They kept going til way after midnight. We left at 9-ish cuz I had to clear Ted a space on the bed. That's where I left all my closet stuff that needed to be hung up because we ran out of time earlier.

I met a friend I haven't seen in a while there (small world kinda thing; we didn't know that we knew the same friend as she's not come to their bake before). It was nice chatting with her. Found out that she has Nascar tickets available for next weekend. My DS#1 loves Nascar and I am sure he will be thrilled of the offer.

Oh well, looks like I will have to do the Shark Tales thing myself too. All the kids I would have invited have already seen it.

My fellow manager's wife had her baby on Friday afternoon. Yay! The only bad part is that there's a lot of personnel stuff that we have to get done in the next two weeks, and that's how long he's off with his baby girl. Hopefully, I'll get some OT out of this

We're going over to Mom's for her birthday today. I asked her what she'd like to do and the answer was 'pack'. So we're the packing crew today! Ed says he's gonna get revenge on me-I think that means that I'm flying up to NY come February to help his mom and sisters clean and pack!

Sorry, distracted for a moment, my cabana boy (Sean Connery) was on tv.

Hope you all have a great Sunday. Sunshine looks like a crisp fall day, but once I get out there, I'll realize that it's not crisp. I didn't realize how much I'd miss fall-I hate winter, but fall always is fun.

Suzanne, sounds like you already know how payback will be. At least there's no "pressure" wondering.

I think I'd miss the seasons except snow/ice season. Wonder where I could go for that. It is really colorful around here.

Oh and we've had our furnace on for some time already. I turn it down at night, but during the day Mom needs the warmth. I am at work and it is always cold there. We usually have AC on during the winter at work and my office partner and I are quite compatable on that.

Just got back from the gym. Ted asked me to go with him!
I liked that.

Back from church, lunch & shopping. Lito got a new outfit today as well. I went to go get some Livestrong bracelets that they have (they usually have Youth sizes which fit my teeny wrists) but they were all sold out. I wll get a pic of my newly dressed kids sometime soon though.

Lily, I used to go watch and cheer on the race when I was younger. I really admire all who can run it... just wish it didn't make it impossible to get around at times

Finally broke down this afternoon and turned on the heat. It was freezing in here when we got home from church. Now its nice & toasty.

Elaine...the kids look adorable.

The movie was very good. Richard Gere looked VERY good in one scene in particular It was cute, touching and funny too.
Great way to spend an afternoon.

Morning all! Nice and freezing cold morning... first we have frost warnings and now we have flood watches... love fall weather

I was watching the news this morning and I am jealous of Sherry and Lily... y'all are warmer than we are here!!!!! Never thought I'd wish to be up north But I was wondering why y'all hadn't had to turn your heat on yet!

Lily, fortunately that is just Luis' stuff and not mine in the pic. My four computers are spread throughout the house Oh and you ought to post a few pics of your leaves near by... maybe I'll take more later this week. Some have turned and others I am still waiting on.

Nancy, the DIS was down for at least an hour or so last night... I finally gave up just after 10 PM. Must be why no one posted. Glad you enjoyed the movie though!

Morning all....thought I would stop in for a quick glance.

Weekend went by too quick, guess that is what happens when you sleep a lot.

Elaine...thanks for sharing the pictures. Todd's buddy still has his same outfits. As for computer rooms...Todd has a desk that closes, this limits how far he can 'spread' out. I know he would like a different desk. The girls have a desk and Mandy is just like her dad....'spread' out every where. That will change tonight when I have her clean it.

Heat has been on at our house....and cider has been heated and drank several times. Reminds me that Cassie asked for hot chocolate last night and I forgot Guess I'll have to make some tonight.

Suzanne...hope all goes well with your co-worker being out. Good luck on getting OT....if you want it.

Gotta get ready to give training to my group. Boss is out this week. Sometimes that is good, other times it is bad.
