About what size of punches does your punch punch???

Makes me think of "How much wood would a woodchuck chuck..."

Anyway, the punch in toto is 1" in diameter, the head part of the Mickey icon is about 3/16" in diameter. The thing is so small it has a warning sticker on the side!! "CHOKING HAZARD: Small parts. Not for children under 3 yrs." So whatcha wanna trade?!

Paula, that is such a great idea for your scrapbook! That will be really interesting to see how things have changed over the years!

OMG, YES!!! I think I have some of just about everything they have too. Sigh......I admit it, I just can't stop buying the stuff. It's all just soooo cool!!!

I sure hope those docs can figure out what's going on with your SIL, Sherry. So scary and frustrating to know something is amiss and not know what it is or what to do about it! Keeping those prayers goin' strong, I promise.

I received a wonderful package from Nancy today...it was like Christmas all over again.
So many things I don't know where to start....I took pictures and after 1 hour of trying to upload them, I have given up.​

Hello everyone!

Just popping in between trips to say hello. Had a nice time in DC. Had a bit of free time so I got to go to see Fonzie's jacket at the Museum of National History. I also went to the Fashion Mall one evening, and took a walk to the White House before work one morning. And of course, I had dinner with Beth and Dave, which was OK I guess. Just kidding. It was fun seeing Beth and Dave

I leave for Dallas tomorrow morning at 10:30. I'll be bugging Krista and Kathy in about 20 hours Yay!

I'm doing very well at the new job and they seem pretty happy with me. I have done both front and back office work. I really like this job a lot. It is far less stressful than my old job. At the end of the day my job is done, nothing hangs over until the next day. It's far less computer intensive with data entry. I only have to do the charges not the payments from medicare. The day just zips by now. I come home calm now instead of frazzled. It's kinda worth the cut in pay and hours. Dh just got a raise and he paid off his 401K loan so that kinda makes up for some of the lost money. We will have to tighten our belts financially but maybe this was for the best. It will be nice to have Friday's off to get my housework and laundry done so that the family and I can have quality family time during the weekends.

Bball ends for the kids this weekend and there is a big celebration on Saturday night. My eldest was nominated for the White Star Award which is the most Christlike award. He was one of only 13 out of 347 kids that were nominated. Only two will be chosen from those 13 but it is an honor for him just to be nominated.

Well I'm tired and I need to get to bed. I'm going into the old office tomorrow to work on the AR I will be doing that for awhile until most of the AR is collected or until someone buys the practice. Night Night all.

Glad you found a small Mickey punch John--mine is not that small. Its the medium size one and I just might go get the large one too. I bought the monorail die cuts from Mousememories and I really like it. Last Dec when we were there and rode up front on the monorail Evan and Connor got Co-pilots license and I have to put those in the scrapbook. I also got a couple of cool Mickey shaker heads.
Nice pics of JRKaren, Dave and Beth. Everyone looks lilke they are having a great time.

Evening, all. Been on the DIS for a while, but I had to sweep the PM box for the first time since I've been on the DIS. Never thought I'd see the day, lol!

Elaine, I liked the gold treatment. I took some closeups of the characters, but I'm not sure how they look yet...they're uploaded to the PC that I never use . Ed's set up the HP to delete the cards after uploading, so I can't even put them on here. I meant to take a picture of that location to have a 'different perspective', but I was cold and in a hurry!

Beth, great pictures there! And you reminded me of my favorite Pizzeria Uno sign "Life is Uncertain-Eat Dessert First!"

Ohhh, Amanda, your basket sounded soo neat. I've gotta finish up mine and send it out early next week.

John, wish I could find my badg a minit...it's packed away and I could use it right now! Good idea using the punches for it! I think my stepdad is shocked, he bought me that thing when I was 11!

I admire all of you who take the time to scrap. I know I'd love it, but I don't have time to do it!

Sherry, I hope they have answers and treatment for your SIL soon.

well, better get some sleep. Going into work early tomorrow to interview-need some daytime help. Liz volunteered to come down and work for me, but I can't afford her, lol!

Morning all... grumpy here... so I might be scarce today or for a while.

Amanda, glad your headaches are going away more. This is sinus & stress so bad combination and not much I can do until I get my head decongested. It's right around the ears though which I hate more than anything (the pain that is).

Well, so far, they have said SIL has Gestational Diabetes. They are working on seeing if that is the cause of her high BP.

Sherry, glad to hear the docs have finally arrived at some diagnosis. Hope that's the reason for the BP elevation, too and they can finally work on some treatment for her. Thank goodness she is far enough along that the baby should be fine if they have to deliver early.

No I dont have one of those yet. I really have been holding off on a lot of things that I need to get.

We will be busy today as I have to take Evan back for another part of his speech eval. I have mixed feeling about it. If he qualifies for speech and 1 other program, like occupational therapy then he gets into the preschool program and I dont have to pay for kindergarten next year as I was sending him to a private on. On the other hand if he gets in then he is in a class for kids with disabilities--which I have never viewed him as having so thats going to be a little adjustment period for me. Either way I just want whats best for my sweet boy.
