Hello, everybody!! I am posting from my new job!! So far, it is quite nice--I even answered the phone a couple of times!! Boss saved a few things for me to do and they are done. Now he is playing with his laptop in his office and then he is going out to lunch. Guess who will be twiddling her thumbs this afternoon?!!

Pam, I am scrapbooking Disney photos, of course!!! All my kids' pix are already in albums and their baby books. I may re-do them someday, but don't really have the inclination right now.

Jeannie, if laundry is crowding you out, what are you wearing???!!!!

Oh boy, I got busy here at work and forgot to check in and look, you all got chatty.

Actually I just got off the phone with my dad... boy does he talk away. And my sinus meds are making me loopy So if I miss something, blame it on that.

Kimmar, so sorry about the plans for your trip. I don't quite understand why your DH wants to vacation in groups though. I know that Luis and I really wouldn't enjoy having to take all our vacation like that. We enjoy our time together and away from the family.

Deena, we always miss Ya Yas when they aren't around. There are many I miss that I wish would come back. How are you feeling? Kicked that bug you had?

Todd how scary about the West Nile... I am glad though that it wasn't a stroke. West Nile is something much easier to recover from (from what I understand).

Update:
Well, after much cajoling, persuading, kneedling, whining, and begging, I finally managed to MAYBE salvage a vaca out of this after all! Tentatively, it's been pushed up to Aug 15-23 (which is actually a blessing in disguise, because the price of the site at Ft W went DOWN almost $200!!!) And, an RV IS available for that week, too.....keep sending bunches of PD my way !I could almost taste those Krispy Kremes RIGHT NOW!!!

Update on DH:
Well, last week he went in for a CAT scan; still waiting for the test results....btw, he did manage to gain 5 or 6 pounds back!( hey, I'll gladly give him some of MINE!!!)

Hi to all!

It has been a very talkative day! I'm dising so I dont' fall asleep before I go pick up my little one. He hates to be picked up before he has finished playing with his "boys". There is a line in Mickey's house of Villians where Mickey points to Goofy and Donald and calls them his "boys". So my son, being the hip kid he is, has taken to calling anyone he is playing with his "boy".

I think I should have stayed away from teh computer when everyone is sick, cuz now I got it. Yuck!

Uuuhh..oookaaaaaay...see, I get the BOAT part...gets wet...okay...but for it to be funny (for me anyway!) there has to be a double entendre...what was the defintion of the 'boat' in TOdd's original post? Was it a typo...is there a pop cultural reference to keeping pictures"in a boat" of which I am unaware?

It isn't funny anymore......I'm assuming [yeah, I know what happens when you "assume"] that Todd meant that he had a photo of his daughters and THEY were in the boat, not that the "already-developed" photo is lying, kept, hidden, etc. in a boat [that he, perhaps, owns]. I was just funnin' with him!
