Prebooking Lighting Lanes and overlap

I am booking my lightning lanes tomorrow and is my first time using the new system. I saw on one video someone said to buy your multipass lightning lanes (MLL) first and then go back and buy your individual lightning lanes (ILL) because the system would not allow you to overlap so you would have the four consecutively. But then Googling I've seen people say you can buy them all at the same time and the MLL's can't overlap by more than 15 minutes but the ILL can be whenever you want regardless of overlap with the MLLs. I know I can go back later and move the MLLs around but the ILL is then locked at the time I buy.

Which of these is true? Should i do MLL and ILL separately or buy them both at the same time? I'd appreciate advice from those that have experience.

Due to your extremely tight timeline of needing an answer ASAP plus it being late at night, I would recommend watching this video. I don’t know the answer to your question but I do know Molly’s information is current and helpful.

To clarify - current offerings are Lightning Lane Multi Pass (LLMP) and Lightning Lane Single Pass (LLSP). Looking at the names you are using you may be looking at old, outdated information.

We were able to overlap prebooked lightening lane multi passes last week by 20 minutes.

We didn’t buy and single passes so I can’t help with that part.

So did my lanes this morning and no issues buying them and overlapping the ILLs with the Multipass during the initial purchase.
