Hear Ye Hear Ye, the Weightkeeper speaks
Losers we are moving along on our Biggest Loser journey. How goes your travels? Do you remember why we are here? Are you losing motivation? I am but I am recommitting because of this:
My daughter is here from Seattle with her husband and 8 month old son. My grandson, what a miracle. They leave tomorrow and I will miss them terribly. I want to see him grow up and be an important part of his life. To do that I need to take care of me. Now is the time for me to win this battle once and for all.
Now is the time for me to learn how to live a healthy long life. I know this Biggest Loser Challenge can help me if I do my part. If I work my program, get accountable and get involved this challenge can help me on my journey.
OK enough about me. How about you? I know we have discussed why we are here but maybe it's time to recommit and review our motives again. Are you REALLY doing everything you can to be the Biggest Loser? I know some of you are. I see your numbers. I hear the enthusiasm in your reports. I rejoice with you. You inspire me.
I am struggling and I know I am not alone. Losers let's get together this week and really work hard. One day at a time, one bite at a time. With hard work you will be a superstar.

I never got any work done in the office last week. Baby Wesley just came for his good night kiss so it will soon be time for our last evening to visit with DD and her husband while they are here. So let's move on to our superstar list.

**If you miss a week and return with a loss your percentage is adjusted to reflect missing one week.
**If you gain and then post a loss your percentage is adjusted. If your loss is less than last week's gain then you are not named a superstar because you are still working to lose the gain.
