I was told to post on here with the request for what I want as an artifact. I would love something with a baton because I to twirl. I'm a majorette at my school and I've twirled for many years. I don't kno if you guys think it's a good idea but I would love to have one.

I did think this afternoon about our Christmas trip to WDW. Andy (my best friend) and I are going to do some more preperation for the trip in 3 weeks time (we have the same 2 weeks off work where as Pete only has 1 week off the same as us). Anyway we were hoping to book some backstage tours for our Christmas trip. We had hoped to book the behind the scenes tour (I can't remember the exact name of it - the 7 hour one that does the MK, MGM and Epcot, plus the segue tour.) Do you think we will still be able to book these or will it be too late. The other guys don't seem fussed about hurrying to book things but I really want to be organised as I know we are going in the busiest week of the WDW year!! I guess that is the panic caused by reading the boards so much.

Also do you know of the park hours are advertised before the 90 day window to book PS places for restaurants. I think the different EMH days for the parks might end up influencing where we book our evening meals. I know our trip is ages away but I want to be organised so we can book things ASAP.

I am catching up on the Dis today.

They will let you into the parks early/late if you have a PS. There is usually room in the tours several weeks out, but I would reserve them as soon as you can, esp. the Segway tour.

As I found myself in the mood for CHOCOLATE today, I just had to stop by to nibble a bit...

PGSweetie, before you get an artifact you need to choose a colour to be identified with. The first step for you to take to becoming a TAGLIKIN is to choose a colour which you will be known by. Available colours are shown on the colour wheel. Once you have decided on a colour let RRBB know and she will add you to the list. Artifacts tend to be given to people once they have been a TAGLIKIN for a while. They tend to be something to do with your personality but when you ask for one or are nominated for one you need to give a reason as to why it would attract the TAG FAIRY to the island. I think your idea is great though, but how would you use it to attract the TAG FAIRY ?

So who is going to watch the Oscars? I think I will catch up on them tomorrow due to the time difference. I think we need to order suitable drinks for the ceremony. Any ideas anyone?

I already picked a color. It's the one that PG Sweetie in my sig. is. I just haven't been added to the list yet. And the Tag Fairy could come see me twirl. That's how it could attract the fairy.

ibouncetoo my high school friends and I were talking about taking a long girls only weekend into the wine country ..( not sure when but in the future year or two... wanna join us) so i got to thinking about your high school reunion issue ... whatever happened??? Are you slipping in for the reunion ?? I don't remember...

I decided to pass on the Easter weekend trip. Too much $$ for airfare for just the weekend, didn't want to use a whole week of vacation time to get cheaper mid-week to mid-week flights, didn't want to miss Easter with family. Am planning a whole week at WDW mid April instead....to use up my annual pass before it expires. And that trip is kind of 'iffy' right now as both PixieMagic and I have some situations that may prevent either of us from going then. We have our fingers crossed that it will all work out. I may go 'home' to Indiana for the 4th of July and play with even more classmates then.

TagBabyIan is the cutest and smartest little boy I know.....I bet he smiled and winked when he said "Okay", didn't he, RRBB?

Good morning I'm almost back to normal. So who watched the Oscars while munching their chocolate. I thought Kate Winslet was the best dressed and the guy from Counting Crows who sang the song from Shrek 2 was the worst dressed. Take his chcolate away!

GEFFRIC, for your friend, I think the Louvre is free on Sunday. They may want to double check. DANA mentioned all of the "don't miss this" is Paris. Just walking the streets is gorgeous. I love walking thru Embassy Row. And tell her do be caredful aroudn the Moulon Rouge. (sp) they will rob you blind!

pfishgirl- add me to missing the good stuff all the time. I always miss the TF. But....... she, yes I beleive she is a she, (we've had this discussion a few years back) will strike even when you are not around!!

It was brought to my attention(via PMs and such) that the following post, written by me, had gotten some people upset and I would like to offer an apology. Please know that in writing the following post, I was only concerned about a fellow Taglican who has not posted in a while. I did not mean to offend or infer that ANYONE's children were cuter than ANYONE elses....I was truly concerned about Castlegazer as she had not posted in over a week....

castlegazer Where is the new mommy? Hope everything's going well. Haven't heard from her in a while and I've got a hankering for some cute baby pics.....where is Antkim these days....isn't she supposed to keep us updated or did that end with the birthing???

....and I was in a hurry yesterday(and quilty of skimming ) and didn't see RRBB's post about Ian. For the record, please know I think Ian is extremely cute, and I have posted this fact several times before. Furthermore, when I mention one child in a post, it does NOT mean I don't care about other children....

Guess now that there's a newer baby on the block nobody on the other TAG thread cares about TagBabyIan anymore. Oh well. This is what I have to shout about...

I think we ALL definitely have the cutest children EVER here on the DIS and didn't mean to offend anyone by writing it....I was just showing concern for a missing Taglican. I truly did NOT mean to offend anyone. I just think I should be able to write something nice about one Taglican without others getting upset with me. And also, please know that last week was a mighty busy week for some of us on Mr. Back's thread...some sick and some home with sick loved ones...we just haven't had time to answer every post and sometimes some posts do get overlooked...I know mine do...but I understand and give others the benefit of the doubt. Please give me the benefit of the doubt the next time you read my posts. I really and truly think we all have the cutest children ever!

Thanks for all of the congrats!! Now if you're wondering why I'm home at 9:30 on a school day, it's because I'm sick. I don't feel so bad right now, but I also took some Tylenol and Sudafed this morning.

I just finished watching Princess Diaries 2 and now I'm watching POTC.

Man, I was so tired last night from the summit this weekend that I fell asleep (off and on) at about 8!

...apparently, that was NOT the case. Unfortunately, I don't always have time to read this thread and had it not been brought to my attention by several others, I would never have known how upsetting this was. I won't name names as I consider private messages and emails to be just that, private. I can understand if you're embarrassed about making a big deal of my posts but someone obviously wanted an apology....I have apologized...now let's not beat a dead horse.

Good Day Everyone!!! It is snowing here like CRAZY we are expecting 8-10 inches now before it stops..But then again, the weather channel NEVER knows what's going to happen.

I soooo HOPE to meet the TAG FAIRY some day... She is soooooooo Lucky to be a TAG FAIRY I can only WISH to be a TAG FAIRY hmmm do TAG FAIRYs ever get to retire?? What about get a Vacation??

geffric I had chocolate chip pancakes on Sunday from a restaraunt and they were sooooooooooooooo Yummy!!! I didn't even use syrup !! Of course they will NEVER be as good as Yours..

Hi everybody. I'm home early today cause I'm sick. Just wanted to say hi.

Good evening everyone,

I hope everyone who is feeling under the weather is feeling better today. And for those of you who literally have bad weather I hope it gets better soon.

Today I managed to have a small accident at work!! I was on playground duty and one of the children kicked a tennis ball. However she has a really strong kick, and a bad aim as it hit me full force in the mouth and on my nose! Luckily no damage was done except for a splitting headache all afternoon. I felt sorry for the girl though as it was an accident and she felt awful for it happening.

So I was thinking, as people are getting bored now of the weather it would be nice for our island to have somewhere tropical where we can relax in. So I had an idea. As River County has now been closed for good, and it is near our island, how about I get my landscaping boys to tidy it up, sort out the filtering so the water slides can be used and get the water heated. That way we can have our own TAGLIARCHY water park. It will be able to be used in all weather as we could have a glass dome that covers it when it is raining or if it is too cold (tropical temperatures will be maintained inside at all times). Then in the summer the dome can undo so we can be out in the open air. We could perhaps add a few swim up bar areas, update the slides etc. I think it could be really nice.

Love the idea Danauk. But we may want the dome year-round. It gets so hot and humid at WDW during the summer. Our own private TAGLIARCHY water park. What more could we ask for.
