Good Morning everybody!!
I am so glad it is the weekend!! Yesterday was not the greatest day at work. Nothing bad happened with my coworkers or anything, I just had a big project that I worked on for 6 hours and I came home with a splitting headache. Anyway, enough playing myself a
So...on the topic of chocolate. We have so much chocolate around here from Valentines Day that it's really difficult to not consume it all in one sitting. I have it on my kitchen counter and everytime I walk in the kitchen I'm eating somekind of heart shaped chocolate. I'm getting nervous that I am going to start busting out of my jeans

. I guess that will give me a reason to buy new clothes - but I'd be going up a size and I don't think that would be something to brag about!!
So what is everybody doing this weekend? We don't have anything planned, so I am going to catch up on housework and laundry. Then tomorrow The Oscars are on - Yeah

. This is one of my favorite nights of the year - so I doubt I will be Dising Sunday night.
I mentioned on an earlier post that I would provide the receipe for Tater Tot Casserole - so here it is
Tater Tot Casserole
First - brown 1lb of ground beef with 1 small chopped onion (I also add a couple cloves of minced garlic - truly optional)
Second - in a greased casserole dish put your drained cook meat. (I'm not sure what size casserole dish I use
)
Third - put 1 can of Cream of Celery soup on top of the meat (spread it about)
Fourth - put a layer of frozen corn (not buttered) on top of the soup. Don't make this layer to thick because it will still be cold when taking it out of the oven.
Fifth - PUt a layer of frozen tater tots on top of the corn. Same thing applies - don't make the layer to thick.
Sixth - Put in a preheated 450 degree oven. This will cook covered for 45 minutes and then another 15 minutes uncovered. So...cook it for 1 hour total.
Seventh - I put some more tater tots on a baking sheet toward the end, because I like more tater tots then what I can put in the casserole dish.
When I serve this, I always have ketchup on the table because it's so good to put some on the casserole when you eat it. I also lightly salt the casserole before serving it (also truly optional)
Anyway...it's really good and my 6yr old DD's favorite meal.
If anyone has any questions for me about this receipe - please let me know.
Well, I better get on my way. Kate (my 18 month old DD) is about done eating her Eggos and she's going to want out of her highchair

. I hope you all have a great day and I will talk to you all real soon.
In the meantime, I have to try to not inhale all this chocolate around this house. But at the same time someone has to eat it - right?????

If any of you want V-Day chocolate it's on the kitchen counter - please help yourself!!!
See ya - slo
