Not a huge fan of valentines. I'm gonna spend it by going to an exercise class and making scones haha

today was my 6-month checkup on my eyes, some of you that have known me awhile know that I have been diagnosed with Glaucoma. Over the past 2 years my pressure has bee increasing and increasing and my Dr. told me last time that if it went up anymore I was going on drops.
Today during my exam, my pressure was down 4 points since the last time.
He was explaining that anything and everything make it fluctuate and that it is normal. He did tell me that exercise has been known to help, ding ding.... I have been exercising 5 days a week, hence the 20 pound drop, so maybe it helped my eyes too.
Anyway, wanted to share the good news, I am so happy about this.
Me too.... 9 days and I am out of here....

That sounds awesome. I should try that. Tomorrow I'm making a recipe I found on Pinterest for a cake flavored with earl grey tea. I'll let you know how it goes!
