Morning WISH Team!
I am seriously depressed today. Hopped on the scales and I was at 202. I'm putting that out there to hold myself accountable. I hadn't been over the 200 mark in a long time after losing 120 pounds. Training for Goofy I have been so hungry and I've eaten just about everything in sight. I also started adding calories after runs or before by having chocolate milk to recover/get me some calories before running. You guys don't have to hold me accountable, but if I tell my teammates it will get my butt in gear.
My weight is also concerning me at my ability to finish. I keep running my distances and what's odd I've gotten faster in most distances.
Seriously ticked at himself Goofy!
(Sorry if you might be reading this for the second time)

, and all other Lean Mean vehicles - and then please pull me aboard too. Healthy eating is not my middle name this week.
I have to drive it home tonight, wish me luck!
I hear Onderland calling, I just have to put my mind to getting there.
Congrats on the PR, you are doing great!

. Have a great day all and stay strong!
I don't get the Runner's World one but then again I've only seen a couple of issues.
to those who are struggling.
I have had a streak going since last weekend, but it didn't happen last night. It might be for the best though.....my legs were really tired. So they got some extra rest, so I can get to the gym tonight! I did fit in some upper body weights at home, which is better than nothing! I got really feel it in my shoulders (the week of workouts)!
I think I will take a break from the scale! I did get my body fat analyzed on Tuesday (never had it done before). The trainer was warning me that it would be over 40% (dehydration, etc) and not to be mad. But, it wasn't bad ........ came out at 36%. Normal ranges from 23-34 (so I am told). So I am not far off the 34% mark. Gives me something to work towards anyway.
