Hey ya'll... remember me???
It's been a while with various life issues going on... I barely have time to check e-mail, let alone post anything anymore... A big shout to everyone though. Since I last posted, I quite my job (I no longer sit at a computer and therefore have no time to DIS anymore!), DH got laid off, I started substitute teaching, teach water aerobics a few nights a week and we got a dog... who this weekend got into mouse posion at the beach and ya know... I also did the Half Marathon in January as well as the Princess. I just registed for Race for the Taste (alone...DH will be staying at home...unemployed and all that...). My SIL and I are going to the OBX Half on the NC Coast...
DEBRA... I saw that DOOD's grandmother passed away and just wanted to send my condonlenses...
I hope everyone is still plugging along and making progress. I will try to pop in more often when I have time. I still think about you guys often. Know that I am cheering for you!!!

This may seem cruel, but did he survive? I don't know if a dog can survive that (suppose it depends on how much and how big the dog). I certainly hope so.
Needless to say, he's having a great time with the grandfolk.

I said that he should try bending down after running several miles! I hope things are going okay out in Fort Wayne/Dixon.
I wish I were staying for RFTT but we're leaving on the Saturday.
Took DD to college this morning (yep, there were a few tears,
but we're home now and I'm loading all the necessary software on the laptop, so it's keeping me busy.) Work is still a nightmare - the girl who's out will probably be out for at least another 4 weeks, so there's no quick end in sight for my doing 2 fulltime jobs for one less-than-fulltime salary
(they gave us a 6% decrease earlier in the year as a recession concession, but we get 3 extra vacation days - can anyone say Disney trip?)

I went to WW Online yesterday and entered my weights from June 'til now, I also tracked most of my points. I figure I can at least get myself ready to go, even if I'm not able to really commit yet.

) I had it for breakfast this morning with some added skim milk and it was tasty! I actually halved the recipe because I only work 3 days, but now I am sad since I ate a serving last night. I will have to make more. The cranberries really add an extra zing for me!
What is it Debra said for the Mother of the Groom "Show up, shut up and wear beige"? Sounds easy!
I hope you had an awesome weekend!
