I don't know the backstory, but I like the nerd map. We have a subdivision close to here named Rivendell, DH and I want to move there just because of that. (the houses are pretty nice too)

ETA ~ Dh just pointed out that the subdivision is spelled with two "i"s but that was done just to not get in trouble with the Tolkien people.

A friend of mine...her parents have a dog named Strider. And if she had been a boy her name would have been Aragorn.
