I went the traditional route, but a friend of mine walked down the aisle to "Seasons of Love" from the "Rent" soundtrack and it was lovely.

One of my friends walked down the aisle to Adele's version of "To Make You Feel My Love" and another friend walked to "Bittersweet Symphony" by The Verve

I walked down the aisle to the song from the film the wedding singer, only my hubby went to a recording session and sang and backed it by guitar himself, one of the highlights of the day for me.

DH and I were married in 2012. I walked in to The Beatles' 'Here Comes the Sun' and we walked out to Johnny Nash's 'I Can See Clearly Now' (chorus includes the words 'it's gonna be a bright, bright, sunshiny day'). The video we played at the beginning of the reception (pics of us and our kids) started with Colbie Calliet's 'Brighter than the Sun'.

My DS said I was guaranteeing it would rain on our wedding day, but it did not. Was a beautiful day. And we received a lot of comments on our non-traditional music.
