I know there is a lot of these going on right now but..
I am in my friends wedding next week. I live in Minneapolis, she lives in NYC but the wedding is in Cleveland Ohio.
Long story short I will be spending like $900 for everything involved in being in the wedding (Dress+Alterations, Flight back to Shower/Bachelorette Party, Gas to drive back to Wedding). Do you think it is appropriate for me to not give a big wedding gift?
I am thinking of a tangible gift around $20. I am sure she wouldn't be offended if I didn't give a lot because she understands that I have already spent a lot of money.
Does anyone have ideas on a sentimental gift that doesn't cost a lot?
