Hoo boy. I saw this dress in Martha Stewart Weddings, and was struck right away. This is exactly the look that I want.

I had a look at it today at the local bridal shop that carries Jenny Packham (White Toronto), and came to the conclusion that something's going to have to hit me pretty hard to beat this dress...

I love how they pose these pictures sometimes. I can just picture a bride on her wedding day saying, 'please wait, I need to lay across this table and fan myself for a minute!' hahahahahahaha

This is an absolutely gorgeous, vintage looking dress! It's so 1920's! I love it! I also saw it in Martha Stewart Weddings. Have you definately decided on it? I think it's a great choice!

This is an absolutely gorgeous, vintage looking dress! It's so 1920's! I love it! I also saw it in Martha Stewart Weddings. Have you definately decided on it? I think it's a great choice!

I haven't looked at anything else yet, so I guess it's not fair to say "for sure" yet. I love the vintage feel of it, and the detailing is so pretty.
If I could find something I love as much for less than the $2800 this dress would cost me, then fine. But otherwise, I'm going to have to start saving my pennies!

Right now I'm just in the plotting and scheming phase...

All that being said, I'm 99% sure I'll be wearing this dress.

After hours of trying to figure out how to post a pisture I finally got it!
This is my dress for the ceremony and early part of the reception. I actually got a more form fitting dress to wear as the evening gets late.
I was really nervous about the dress after I ordered it. I kept feeling like I had picked the wrong one! It took me awhile to post it to the board because everyone else was so excited about their gowns and I was having mini-panic attacks!
Did anyone else get nervous after they picked their dress? Maybe it's just me being nervous about the whole wedding.

St. Pucchi has some of the best dresses out there. They're also so very expensive
