I'm with you beachbunny. I looked at some of the bidders feedback and what they were previously buying and I think you're right. Although one of the bidders like to buy Rolex watches for thousands so you never know????

Obviously a hoax as far as the bidders go. I've been watching them and going into their feedback. Which most of them are good but their prior auction buys are mostly video games...see where I'm going with this.

There must be some sort of video game message board that is getting all these people to bid on this just to raise the price. Geez, you'd think ebay would pull this auction already!!!

I'm in Washington State and just after seeing this thread, we turned on the Northwest Cable News Channel and low and behold, our lovely seller was on the news! He was modeling the dress and talking about all the hype.

It's pretty amazing what creative writing and internet hype can do. Will be interesting to see if the dress actually sells and what reasonable price!
