Website Glitch, Can't Book Jambo at 11 months

Any heard an update from member services about this?

No updates yet, you can call to book but obviously you lose the first hour of the booking window, which of course can make the difference if you're trying to book a value or concierge room.
 
This isn't the first time that this has happened.

You'd think DVC/Disney IT would have learned the lesson the first time. Or maybe it's due to turnover in IT since Disney hires cheap labor via the H-1B visa program.
