No updates yet, you can call to book but obviously you lose the first hour of the booking window, which of course can make the difference if you're trying to book a value or concierge room.

This isn't the first time that this has happened.

You'd think DVC/Disney IT would have learned the lesson the first time. Or maybe it's due to turnover in IT since Disney hires cheap labor via the H-1B visa program.

They're probably in real trouble now that H1-B's cost an extra $100k/year each.

Mine is having a glitch sometimes and showing Riviera as an option for me to search for rooms at. Its only Riviera from the directs. No vdh or cfw, weird.

I hope someone who attends the AKV meeting next week brings this up with the board.

While things can happen, something like this should have been fixed by the end of the day it started.

I emailed a few days ago and they appreciated my concern..... We only own at AKV because we recently sold our other contract. I did book Boulder Ridge for May but that was because I was within my 7 month.

Might be fixed? This morning I was able to choose a date at Jambo with kidani points and didn’t get the error message. I didn’t proceed with the booking but I think it was working. Finally if so.

I am having this problem this morning but my AKV points were recently loaded so they may not have fixed it in my case yet...

I can confirm - it seems fixed. I just booked Jambo (as a Kidani owner) for late October. Glad it's working again, and good luck to all in getting those fall 2026 reservations made!
