Is the current weather in Florida affecting the parks? Thanks

I don't know why everyone freaks out about "bad weather" in Disney. Most of the attractions are inside, and park attendance lower than usual because people don't want to get wet. Sure, some attractions close because of safety concerns depending on the weather, but it's always been my experience that we find something out of the way and interesting that we might not otherwise have done. WDW in bad weather is not a waste of money people! Enjoy it!

Nope. The weather here right now is pretty good. Yes, it's overcast and raining on and off. That's Florida weather for the most part this part of the year.

We went to the parks Wednesday and yesterday and were able to get FP+ on the way to the parks on most of the major attractions at both Studios and EPCOT.

Yesterday at EPCOT we literally walked on Test Track via the single rider queue. We did not even stop before we boarded the ride. Walked right on. Soarin' was a 15 minute stand by and we walked right on with our FP+. We walked up and had lunch at Via Napoli with no ADR's.

Wednesday at the Studios it rained pretty good all day and into the evening. Watching the Star Wars fireworks the rain became very heavy near the end. However that weather system is gone from our area now. Waiting in the Tune In Lounge from about 7:45 till the fireworks (8:30), we were the only people actually sitting at the bar the entire time.

The parks right now (to me) are pretty slow when compared to other times a few weeks ago when Summer was in full swing. They may be a little busier this weekend as it is a long weekend. Though I doubt it would even be too noticeable of an increase.

What's the tune in lounge?
