We did not have the dream team but were given a dream by a supervisor of guest services.
We had been to Ohanas with my DS who has autism. Needless to say it was a bad time and all that I had known about how my world was had fallen apart. I also fell apart from realizing that my DS was no where near normal.
We waited on the platform for the monorail and asked to nose ride. We waited for several monorails to go by until we were given the ok. While walking up to get in, a family from the first car got out and jumped in the nose. Off they went with our ride.
We walked back to the loader and he was so shocked
. I was telling him how upset I was and the tears were in full flow again. Chris, the man in the blue shirt was listening and he said to our family "It's time for a dream to come true, come with me" He loaded our family into the tail of the monorail!!!
This rarely happens, it is for the President, mayors of very large cities, Oprah!!! Our NT son got to sit in the chair with the panel active. We didn't let your DS with autism even try. It was not where we going but where we had been. We got to around until we wanted to get off and it helped me feel much better.
We did get a dream that no others have ever had!:
Thank you Chris!!!
